I had a great experience shopping in the garden department because of one of the sales associates named Tobi that helped me. She was AMAZING with her vast knowledge of every flower, plant, tree, etc. in the store and was so kind and helpful. I would only go to this location in the future if she were there to help.

I believe Home Depot should take Leeanty to train these other employees how to have a great customer service. The only reason i grade this place 5 stars is because of this 100 % customer service employee!!! Is shocking that even a manager from this please send me to the wrong I’ll and then even say how can I help you. But this young man has everything it takes to become a future manager. As a manager I will hire him and give him a position as a manager because of his high quality customer service dedication passion and understanding of a customers need. Keep it up Leeanty!!! This young man has a great future.

Seems every time I go in there especially in evenings the departments do not have staff to answer questions. The recent hurricane tax holiday I was charged tax on a battery storage box which was in the same boxes as hurricane supplies.

Home Depot seems to be very selective on what items it gives military discounts on. I worked in IT so computers are not foreign to me but to many veterans especially seniors your military discount process and usage is unusable.

Cashier, David, was friendly, respectful, and helpful. It was a pleasure to have such a perfect checkout. He is to be commended

I found Muriatic Acid in the Garden Center. It is good for removing driveway spots, etc.

Rare size it seems as it's extremely hard to find this socket in sets that aren't just socket sets, meaning add them to your tool set collection Husky. I bought a 275 piece set (at an amazing price, seems it was an EoL online only set) and this seemed the only size to not be included even though there was a larger size included.

It always has all the items I need to buy. Great shopping for all hardware, plants, etc.

Purchased a Kohler elongated toilet, had it installed found that a round seat was in the box. Brought it back to the store with my receipt and just asked for the correct seat. The customer service representative tried to tell me that I had to buy a new seat and deal with Kohler

Always feel great going there. They always have what I need.

Store was easy to get to you, had ample parking. The store itself was clean and the staff very friendly and knowledgable.

I am so grateful for all the people at the East Delray Beach customer service desk. I have made several purchases that were wrong or defective. They helped me get what I need and the customer service line always moves quickly. Every time the person who helped me was courteous and helpful. I also appreciate how Home depot stands behind their products when they are defective.

Didnt find the battery pack I needed but I found something that works. Cynthia was nice at the check out.

I was so excited after I brought home the Christmas tree I bought there. It was the most beautiful tree I've gotten in a long time at the absolutely best price I have ever bought a Christmas tree for. The quality was exceptional. Home Depot never fails to have the best items ever to purchase okay. Thank you very much are the quality of goods sold. Also want to thank you very much for having the most wonderful staff.

Terrible store....stuff all over in the isles, inventory on the floor, shelves in disarray. Product not where the label and pricing said it was. Flowers and plants just completely withered die to lack of watering. TERRIBLE
