This is the nearest Home Depot to my residence and every time I go there, everyone is always very nice and willing to help whether you ask for assistance or not. If you do not find your product that you are looking for, they will offer to look up another store to see if it’s available.

I was looking for a difficult item. I asked a young female employee for help but she was not very experienced in the area I was needing assistance in. We parted with her apologizing. . . But it did not end there; she took it upon herself to find someone that could help. This other older male employee looked for me. When he found me, he took his time, using his knowledge, explaining what alternatives I could use to fix my issue. I happily made the purchase. I have installed the product and find it to work far better than the original item I was looking for. Prime example of Grade-A customer service.

I needed assistance to load a water heater on a bed and found an employee to assist me. Took the unit to costumer service and found out it was the wrong one. The employee assisted me to found the correct one and told me not to worry as far as bring the new one to the front that he would take care of it. Very helpful!

My husband is 74 and was expected to load and unload 6 large bags of mulch. We were offered help, however no help arrived. This was at 8am when the doors opened.

The self checkout people don’t know what they are doing, all they say if you want to save some money is “apply for the home depot credit card and you’ll get 25 dollars off your purchase” they don’t tell you, you can’t use the 25 dollar coupon with military discount, they don’t inform you how to properly use the coupon by following steps written on the coupon printout. It’s so frustrating!!!

Amazing customer service and patience. The management team was amazing to me and they helped me solve all my issues and problems!! Im a regular customer at home depot and I have never experience the amazing customer service I did on this day!

My husband and I came in the store to buy some 3x8x10 wood pallets for our backyard. We needed 36 of them and there was only 10 left in the shelfs. We had to ask someone to help us and immediately said im not licensed to bring more to the floor and so we asked is there someone else that could help and just left without saying anything. Couple minutes later he came back with someone that could help and was able to bring down the pallets with a forklift. In the meantime we went and grabbed some paint and came back for the pallets.They had just left them in the floor with a total of 48 pallets but we only needed 36 so we had to put the difference individually back in the shelf. Then we called the same guy for help see if they can help us with the heavy pallets and said that we had to carry one by one ourselves in the cart. We then asked if someone else could help. He then came with the same forklift guy, pickup the pallets and just dropped them off outside without offering or saying here you go, nothing. Me and my husband just looked at each other like what! Anyways, worst experience ever.

Had the opportunity to have met a very great cashier by the name of Val. She was extremely friendly & has a very great way of offering a credit card she almost got us haha. But she did an excellent job. & has amazing customer service !

Diego handled my return with care and was very efficient. Great Job and has a great personality

Lady cashier at garden center very rude and should not be attending to customers.

Employees at Pro Desk were extremely helpful. They assisted me with finding my shopping list of 2x4s, plywood sheets, hinges, castors, etc. They answered all my questions and helped me load my supplies in my truck. They were attentive and had great customer service. It was a great experience.

I purchased Silver Handles for Kitchen. Work Great, however what was excellent was the customer service I received from Diana. She is always professional and very helpful. We need more Diana's in this world.

Appliance Dept has excellent Customer Service

I went to get keys copied and was able to get directed to the right part of the store as soon as i walked in. One of the employees made eye contact and asked me what i needed. I was able to get the copies made within a few minutes and back out in the road. Every employee that helped me was very friendly and professional. I would definitely come to this store again!

BECAUSE I WAS SO CONFUSED ON SPRAY PAINTS FOR A CERTAIN PROJECT, THEN SAW JESSICA IN PAINTS AND ASKED HER FOR ASSISTANCE AND SHE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENT TYPES. SHE PROVIDED ME WITH GENUINE EXEMPLARY PROFESSIONA CUSTOMER CARE. JESSICA IS A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.

Because of staff such as cashier Martha that was VERY WELCOMING, friendly with huge smile, professional and exemplary customer service. This is rare with a young adult as many do not really concentrate in the customer. Great asset to your company

I WAS GIVEN PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE FROM JACOB AS I NEEDED SEVERAL THINGS FOR REPAIRING AND PAINTING MY HOUSE. MY HANDIMAN JUST GAVE ME A LIST AND I WAS VERY LOST AND CONFUSED. JACOB WITH NO HESITATION GUIDED ME TO WHAT I NEEDED AND EXPLAINED THE PRODUCTS. HE PROVIDED ME WITH GENUINE CUSTOMER EXEMPLARY CARING ASSISTANCE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
