Everyone walking around with an attitude of I Don’t Care

I can usually find exactly what I am looking for except in the fertilizer and weed killer isles.

I lost my favorite box cutter and Broke the spare all in the same day:@(. They were able to find the exact model and the extra sharp replacement blades.

Debra and Luis in the lumber dept. are extremely helpful and provided me a positive customer service experience. I know its hard to do but this store needs to keep the lumber aisle in better order and no ridiculous displays in the way. the manager should be on this i hope or replace them. Customers are lazy and suck but some like myself really appreciate a well organized lumber yard. Parking is good compared to rojas and mesa which are complete cluster F's! Montwood is my preferred HD. Thank you all and keep up and stay organized.

Manager Rene didn't take control of situation. Didn't even know what promotion comes with insulation. He said he couldn't help me, but Alex at the register said he can take half price off.

I always enjoy shopping here for my garden needs, home projects and holiday decorations. Friendly associates great prices and selection great location and very affordable.

I AT TIMES DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN THIS STORE BECAUSE I WENT THRU SELF CHECK OUT AND THE YOUNGER STAFF FEMALE WITH GLASSES WAS DOING A POORLY JOB DISINFECTING, SHE WAS JUST BEARLY WIPING THE DEVICE YOU HAVE TO GET IN YOUR HANDS TO CHECK THE PRICES. I BROUGHT IT TO HER ATTENTION AND SHE DID NOT AT ALL CARE REGARDING MY CONCERN. I WAS THERE AT 2:06 pm. YOUR CLIENTS HAVE TO FULLY HOLD THIS HAND HELD DEVICE TO SCAN THE ITEMS AND YOU DO HAVE TO WRAP YOUR HAND TO GRAB IT. MANY PEOPLE COUGH AND WIPE THEIR NOSE MUCOUS IN THEIR HANDS AND GRAB DEVICE.

This particular East El Paso store is a pleasure to shop at. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. In addition, the store is clean and well-stocked. Will definitely shop here again!
