              Padding for coffee table edges
              You had two different types and plenty of each. The one type was thick and cushy just what I needed to protect my dog from shaking his head, hitting the edge of the table and getting another concussion. Your staff was concerned and helpful with my purchase.

                Lousy experience
                It took me a while to successfully complete the "find an employee scavenger hunt.". There were no buttons to press to call for help, no one walking the aisles to offer assistance, not even a cashier to ask because all the registers have been converted to self-service kiosks. So I had to hunt for my own stuff, ring it up myself, all while being surveilles by security cameras in every aisle. Home Depot: instead of installing Big Brother to ensure that no one is walking off with your goods, hire more people! If a live person is there, they can surveil me under the guide of being helpful and I'll actually appreciate the interaction and assistance. As it is, I feel like the entire modern day Home Depot shopping experience is designed to kick me in the shins and charge me $30.for the pain.

                  Let's dogs run free
                  I have had a dog wipe it's nose on my back leg and another time a dog came up to me and stuck it's nose in my crotch. Real service dogs are OK cause they trained to be in public. If I get bitten, I'm suing. Folks use long leashes and when they are concentrating on a product, the dog runs widely around them.

                    For company purposes I am here up to 3/week. It's nice to get to know everybody because they are always cordial, friendly, attentive and helpful. And knowledgeable of the trades. Great place to shop.

                          My go-to store
                          Been going here since I bought my duplex in 2008. This store is around the corner so it's super convenient. They usually have what I need. Check out is usually fast depending on what time you go.

                            Typical unfriendly service at the East Liberty Home Depot
                            Went in to check on a tool set that I had seen on a previous trip, but the runway with Holiday sales had been dismantled in East Liberty, so I asked a disinterested employee on where this item might be. It took me and my friend several minutes to locate the tool set, just thrown in amongst others. We actually found three, and they were no where near each other, nor anything marked for this item. Went to check out, and simply left, as this is the expected service there at East Liberty. Very unfriendly there, hence why I went to the Hampton Store yesterday, where I had a whole different experience

                                    Unhelpful associate
                                    Well I wanted tools out of the locked cage so I took picture of the QR CODE and waited for an associate. While I was waiting I asked a near by associate( he was setting up a new display) if this is what I needed to do to get a power tools out of the locked cage he said yes someone will be on their way shortly! Im like cool and walked back and waited a few minutes later(not sure how many) the same associate offered his assistant. (AND WHY COULDN'T OF HE DID THE SAME THING WHEN I ASKED HIM?????) So he basically wasted my time. He unlocked the cage and retrieved what I asked for and was on my way.

                                                The associates are always helpful in finding different things or even asking if you need help as soon as you walk in the door. . If the item is not in the store it will help you with other ones that are the same or even see if they have it at other stores.
