Plumbing sales associate would not come down off his stocking ladder to help me. He stated that I needed to have the part that I needed to replace in order to find the correct replacement. I had a digital image of the part and the manufacturer but nevertheless he refused. After a bit of discussion he finally "came off his high 'ladder'" and agreed to help me. What a grouch!

Great Store location. People are really nice. Especially Teresa Popinski! Thanks so much for your help in picking out my window treatments. Thank you for making me feel at home in my new city of residence.

Overall my visit to this Home Depot was just absolutely wonderful.

I love this store. I made the trip to get items for a repair to a coffee table I built some years back. A matter of fact, I bought all my materials I used to build it at H D. I can always find everything I need for my projects at an fairly good price. Their associates are friendly and have very helpful advice and tips. From household to garden they have everything. I even found some yummy snacks at the check out. One stop shopping for my home. One of my favorite stores.

I appreciated the help from the associate Sabina in the Garden Center. Very pleasant,knowledgeable about the product that I needed. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

I walked in with a list of items I needed, and found everything. The Associates are always available to answer questions about products or point you in the right direction.

The store seemed to be cleaner this time; last time, the store, and especially the parking lot, looked a bit unkempt and disordered.

Everyone I interacted with at the store was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised at how easy it was to find an associate and they seemed to know the store very well which saved me a lot of time. We needed to use the bathroom and my young daughter was able to see the sign and it was clean as well.

Found what I was looking for plus materials required for installation. Helpful staff.

I go to the East Liberty store and I have never had a problem finding items and the workers are so helpful. I love Home Depot

I purchased an Anderson series 4000 storm and door and needed to speak to an associate about it not closely properly. The Associate was friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the product. He diagnosed the door problem and printed out my receipt I had misplaced and provided the toll free number to call Anderson windows for a part replacement. He even went to the back of the store to check and see if he had the part I needed in stock. The service he provided was excellent.Because of his excellent service I called the manager of the store to compliment the associate. I will definitely go back to this Home Depot location for futures purchases. I highly recommend shopping there.
