Was purchasing mulch for the front flowerbeds. The gentlemen in gardening were very helpful with loading the mulch in my car

There are quite a lot of knowledgeable employees and some that need better training in their areas. Overall great place.

In my last survey I forgot to include dreamer AKA Carolina and one of the people that keep everything on track and is an exceptional employee

This is a good Home Depot. Shelves are stocked and people are friendly. Place is clean.

My mother and I came to buy some new Christmas decorations. We struggled to use self checkout out while 4 workers stood by and chatted amongst themselves. I do not work at Home Depot. I was working harder than the employees who watched me check out.

I’m generally handy, but needed Kenneth’s acknowledgment that I was buying the correct sump pump and the pvc pipe and couplings to complete the job. Kenneth is an asset to Home Depot!

I have shopped for bags of play sand recently and the app said there were 70+ in stock the employees handheld device said a different number and there truly was on 2 bags in stock. I have also found more of what I needed from other competitors stores. I use to be a Home Depot for everything kind of guy, but I no longer go here first, because of how bad their inventory numbers are.

I just wanted to let you know I was extremely please with ARC 20 Electric LLC. They were punctual. Very knowledgeable. Did a great job. Took all the old stuff away to dispose of . Very, very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Roxie. Samsel

Just wanted to give Gary from plumbing a 5 star customer service review, he was able to steer me in the right direction for an air conditioner window unit I needed and couldn’t be happier with it. Give him a raise!

The items purchased were great for what was needed. Salespeople are always so friendly at this location compared to the one that is closer for me in Pottstown, PA.

I shopped for a home security camera that turned out not to be in stock. I was upraded at no charge to more higher priced model. I like this model very much and plan to buy a second camera in the future.

Gary at the Exeter Location went above and beyond to help us figure out what we needed to complete a project we had going on at hone. He walked us to each area, explaining everything along the way. Appreciate his help tremendously.

Jessica was very helpful in making sure I got the right light bulbs for my kitchen. The light bulbs area very odd shapes and sizes. She took the time to help make sure I had the correct ones. She even offered to recycle the old ones.

I called Home Depot on Sunday, February 18, 2023 to check if they carried a particular size windshield wipers, to avoid an unnecessary trip. I was greeted with GREAT customer service and the Manager/Supervisor of Customer Service put me on hold to check herself if they were available. I find this to be a very rare thing today. I appreciated her time, courtesy and professionalism. Thank you for doing this for me.

I recently purchased this pressure washer. It does an excellent job and is very easy to use.

I’m a DIY guy and Homedepot has always come through with products and advice from all your expert specialist.

There was an item I needed unavailable to me at the depot closer to my house and they referred me to another with a slight driving difference. I was a little perturbed about going out of my way but it vanished the moment I entered the store. Customer service associate greeted me and took me directly to what I was looking for. I went to buy another item and thought of something else in which the next associate took me directly to. On my way to check out I saw I could make keys and another associate helped me do it plus went with me to self check out and did it for me! Each one was very pleasant and made my shopping quick and easy. I was amazed at the guidance and ease of my visit. I think I'll be driving the extra mile for the red carpet treatment
