I recently had to rent a shop vac and Bill and Theresa in Tool Rental were so helpful to include how to operate the shop vac, put on a new filter and Bill helped me find other items that I needed to find in the store. He also put the shop vac in a cart for me.

there is a saying that people make your experience either good or bad. I have to say that I have ALWAYS had the best service in that location and best people work there! I absolutely love to shop there!

Representative was knowledgeable of what I wanted, directed me right to it. Explained that it was the one advertised on internet. I was pleasantly satisfied. Grabbed a couple of other things I needed. 5 minutes top and I was done and out and on my way to finish my project.

In shopping for a floor lamp I had difficulty locating the item. I asked 2 workers from another department to help. The searched, scanned inventory and even got the store manager to help me leave with my desired purchase. Persistent and friendly staff are so helpful at this location!

I was very satisfied with the Sale Cashier (Vincent) who picked up what I needed (a bag of potting soil) which was too heavy for me to pick up, and he loaded into my car.

I am currently renovating my basement/laundry/powder room and need low cost options for flooring and of course my favorite store to go to is the Home Depot; as i once worked for this great company many moons ago. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service both Nicole and Jonathan and the management team provided to my fiance and I as we went through the options/quote for the installation process for this project. The whole store was just great, several employees from each department we were in asked us if we need any help finding anything or had questions; this really made for a great experience and easy quick trip. Whoever is store manager and regional manager needs to stay because this is now the ONLY location we will be shopping at and it is not the closest one to my house but I am all about customer service; so BRAVO to this store and it's associates!

This location has the best employees! We drive out to this location, even though there is one right down the street from us, because the experience is so fantastic every time. We are always greeted cheerfully and every employee we come across asks if we need help with anything. Jay, Billy and Jalyn we're particularly amazing on our last trip. Highly recommend this location!

They had what I wanted at a lower price then any other appliance store

Whenever I visit this location I come out with what I need.

My wife is homebound, and she has lots of decorations using batteries, and home depot has a good buy on Energizer Batteries (AA & AAA), and i am able to scoop them up & never have to wait - to do self checkout.

I shopped online and via phone. The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and knowledgable. They were patient and kind! What a great experience!

I went for flooring and everything I needed was in stock.

I went into Home Depot to look for lights for my home and there was plenty to choose from. I ending up purchasing two , one a floor lamp and the other a clip light for my bed

If you serve this region, You must try the Pro Desk at the East Reading Store. The Manager Joe will set you up with all the HD programs. Shelly is about the best Desk rep I've encountered. The entire Pro Desk Staff want to help you with your business! And it shows! Give them a TRY!!!

I waked into the garden center first, where I inquired about the product I was seeking, and the gentleman kindly directed me to the correct location in a kind and friendly way. I had to use the restroom, and asked a lady working near the electrical and appliances section, who directed me to the facilities with a friendly and happy countenance. And last, but not least, Carol was most amiable with great communication skills. She highlighted the receipt and informed me about this survey.

Helped with a return of overbought tile. Took extra to make certain the return was correct
