We found an appliance on the mobile app. We went to the appliance department and got waited on right away. We were out in minutes. Thank you Robert.

Kudos to the greeters and associates for their knowledge of the store layout and product functionality. Many times I have had associates recommend something other than I was about to purchase and I have found their advice very valuable.

Prices for the same exact products were much lower! Installation on a microwave was 70 bucks less then Lowes!

The store is easy to get to, plenty of parking, well stocked, and we found the sales associates to be very helpful

The staff were very helpful, and helped me find all the items on my long list, I found help in every section I was looking for items, even the cashier went out of the way to call the manager when one of the items SKU did not work and it needed a manager's approval.

Prior to this experience I did not like shopping at Home Depot. I'm not a very handy person and when I shop at home improvement stores I need a lot of help. Yesterday 9/6/15 I went to Home Depot because I could not find products I liked at Lowe's. This is when I met Robert Proietto. My wife and I were looking for a new bathroom sink and cabinet when Robert approached us. Robert began to change my view of Home Depot within 5 minutes. Prior to meeting Robert I always felt Home Depot catered more to general contractors and people that know what they are doing. Now, like I previously mentioned I was only going to buy a bathroom cabinet and sink and then go back to Lowe's to get the rest of my products. Robert was so helpful I ended up buying everything I needed to completely gut and remodel my bathroom. I had a million questions and if Robert didn't already know the answer he found someone that did. I walked almost around the entire store buying different products because Robert was helping me. In my opinion Robert set the standard for this store for knowledge, customer service and friendliness. Robert made me feel good about the purchases I was making and put excitement into the buying experience. I will now add shopping at Home Depot a place to go for me home improvement needs. I was very happy with the store associates who went out of their way to help me get the product I needed. They went above and beyond!

Their was an associate ready to help, check out fast and easy, store clean, bright and clutter free. Prices very comparable to other stores.

Loaded all my lumber onto a flat bed for me pushed it to register and loaded it into my truck. Wonderful associate help

The store was very clean and products were easy to locate. I needed assistance with picking out stain because of my old eyes, two wonderful ladies, working behind the paint desk noticed and immediately assisted me. Great job!

Store seems like it could use a refresh. Store isn't as bright as it could be.associates just walked by me. The only person who engaged with me was the csr at return desk because I said hello to her.

Associate named Jen was very helpful with cutting a board to my size requirements. I continue to prefer shopping at this HD store because of the friendly & helpful associates, good inventory, and the job store manager Jim W does at making it a store customers want to come back to.

Great helpful and cheerful assosiates that helped me shop and deliver my purchase to my vehicle. Robert even carried my crutches since I have a prosthetic. Thank you for hiring these people! John

I was trying to fina an associate to assist with my purchase of a toilet. I needed assistance getting it out of the store and into my car. After asking two different assiciates for help both indicated that they would find someone to help me. Neither did, I continued to wait. Finally the third person I spooke to found someone (Robert) to help me. Robert was very helpful and knowledgable. You need more employees like Robert. People who know hardware not people with pleasant personalities and no product knowledge. I normally shop at Lows, they have better, more helpful, associates. I seldom find what I need at Home Depot so I regularly shop where I can get the help I need. This started out being a very poor shopping experience. Thanks to Robert, he turned it around.

The store has all the products listed in-stock and was convenient to location of downtown.

Woody was very helpful in picking out what we needed. He pointed out some discontinued items that were better quality and better price.

I hadn't used Charcoal since being a kid and needed some serious guidance. Robert was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed and knew what I needed to do to get started the very same day. Seek him out if you need help with grills!

Associates were courteous, helpful,knowledgeable and prompt.

The associates at this location were very helpful. At least 3 of them asked if I required assistance and 1 offed information on the product I purchased that I was unaware of. Thanks guys!

We came all the way down to this store because the items we wanted were not available in the stores closer to us. The associate who helped us was exceptional. Julius Velazquez is an asset to Home Depot. He, as well as all the associates we came in contact with, was knowledgeable about the products we wanted and was friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the items I purchased and can't wait to install them.

The store was clean. We had a little trouble finding an associate in the right area, but others were very helpful.

I found everything I needed and was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes.

I went to HD on May 31, knew what I wanted and associate helped find. went to plumbing and did not know what I needed, but told what I wanted, and they found it. Everyone was very friendly

Love shopping at The Home Depot, I had the best sales associate Michael Fisher! He went out of his way to help my husband and I till we had the trees and supplies in the back of our truck! I couldn't of asked for a better helper than him.

As soon as I walked in the Exeter store, the Store Manager (who I did not know was the store manager) helped educate me with my project. He changed my entire plan for the better! Saved me money and led me in a better direction where I could better spend my money. He took me entirely through my backyard project even giving me new ideas, then led me to the cashier while helping me with my cart. I was checked out IMMEDIATELY, where Robert took over and pulled my cart to my truck then loaded everything. I will now shop at Home Depot instead of Lowes. What a fabulous shopping experience! And YES...I am a REAL customer....
