I bought a Washer and Dryer specifically ask them to deliver Saturday and they scheduled Friday. Very disappointed

I'm 71,and needed some help lifting a storm door. Jonas was right there to help me not once but on 3 occasions. Jose in milling helped me order the correct size storm door I needed. Both young men were very helpful and very polite Love my home depot🥰

Great hand chainsaw looking forward to some yard work this weekend.

Stock is regularly low and disorganized, locking up half the store makes trips take 10 times longer, and it's wishful thinking to say you can find knowledgeable help.

I was greatly disappointed you didn’t represent the true price of your paints. Your paint attendant should tell customers that there additional fees to different sheens. I got hit with an over 20% increase on one gallon of paint at the cash register. What a horrible way to surprise your customer.

Walked in needing a remote On/off for an extension cord. The gentleman working in Electrical listened to what I was trying to do then gave me 2 good options. I picked the one I thought was best. It works Great!

The customer support for material was so slow in response, and projected time to load my truck. No sense of urgency or efficiency! If time is not an issue and you don’t mind waiting a long unnecessary time…this store is for you!

Bought a grab bar for my wife in June, but her health had many changes and I could not install until this last weekend. Now she needs a bigger bar. I bought one and tried to return the other bar. They could find the product on my credit card and saw I purchased it, but would not refund my money or give me store credit. Horrible policy that makes me not want to shop there if they are unwilling to return products.

I live near this Home Depot, and it is the one I usually shop at. I have never had a bad experience with this location. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this store.

I tried to order items on line and was disappointed that The Home Depot seemed to require creating an account to order online. I'm just a regular guy, not too inclined to fall for that, so I got into my car and drove to the local Home Depot and ordered my items at the service counter. The clerk was very helpful with this. I ordered my stuff, paid cash and arranged to have it delivered to my home. Everything went really well. I just feel bad for the poor fella who might not be able to pick and go to the store to order things they may need and then feel pressured to create an account with The Home Depot just to buy some stuff! GEEEE!

Jonas was very prompt and professional. Very impressed by the speed with which he filled our online order and the urgency he displayed getting our product pulled, loaded, and getting us on our way, as we were in a bit of a hurry to complete our project that evening. Thank you to Gespeire and Ben for their assistance loading a LOT of cinderblocks. Great guys all around and very professional and friendly service that you would expect from a family owned store, not a chain. The managers of these employees should be very proud of the guys they have working to represent this store.

I came in for a screw and nut that fell out of my gravity chair. Jasper was absolutely amazing in helping me find the exact part I needed. I haven't seen customer service like that in 30 years. He's definitely a great asset to your store. And because of the service I received today I'll definitely tell my friends and make your store my go to for my household needs.

I encountered an employee named Beverly at the checkout who was just amazing. She really took time to help with our situation. She was exemplary in attending to our concersn. Thanks to employee like Beverly will definitely keep us coming back.

Went into Home Depot a little confused about which product I was going to buy and left with a great deal and all the knowledge about everything I had questions about!

snow blower is great.

Overall just rough experience. Bought an appliance with a broken door and dents, went to exchange it and when opened in store was met with an even more broken appliance. The young girls in customer service treated me like needing help was an inconvenience to their lives. The older staff were more helpful but it was just a sour experience.
