We were trying to pay cash for our carpet that we needed to get installed and the quote given didn't match what was coming up at the register. 3 employees requested help from Aaron, the manager, who couldn't be bothered to help until we had been waiting 2 hours. He was unapologetic about the issues and the customer service reps were doing their best but we're visibly frustrated with the lack of assistance from their manager. If the carpet we chose wasn't a home Depot exclusive, we would have walked.

I came in to buy tile for a project and there wasn’t a barcode on the product. She helped me find the product and was very nice and polite. She’s a great employee to have.

I bought a Ryobi battery powered leaf blower a week ago and with having intentions of only buying an electric unit but the guy that helped us went over and above helping us with his intense knowledge of power and versatility of the battery powered unit. He even demonstrated it outside. I was very impressed and usually don’t buy much from them but my mind has changed and Home Depot carries the major name brands that other stores don’t.

Great customer service always get what we need when we go

Was told to leave an aisle so that they could place a box up high. I was almost done selecting a deck stain and was told to leave. I asked if he would mind if I stayed to finish my selection and he said I needed to leave immediately. I asked if he'd rather I bought my stain elsewhere and he said he did not care. This level of rudeness is ridiculous.

I got a couple of cool Halloween decorations and some home improvement items. The patio items at 50% off were a good deal also.

See comments above! I always visit the 54th Street as my first choice. I have a good relationship with the employees and this is greatly appreciated. This store always has my product needs at a fair price. I also visit the Alpine Avenue Store as I work for my brother and he uses that store for his business. I sent twice a recommended idea for handling shopping carts in the parking lot and hoped to hear feedback but understand it may not be possible. People take time to submit and this is appreciated.

I was having a little trouble at the self-checkout. Before I had time to turn around, Shay came over and asked if she could help. It's almost like she could sense I was in trouble. She was eager to help out and extremely friendly. You should be glad to have her as an associate, she's an asset to the store and the company. I wish every store I shopped at had someone like Shay, her smile and friendly attitude makes me want to come back!!

April who works at the front of the store at the self-checkout area is the nicest and most friendly associate I've ever met at ANY store I've shopped at recently. She's ALWAYS in a good mood and willing to help no matter what the situation. She's a huge asset to the store and one of the main reasons I shop this location. I always look forward to seeing her and I always ask her for help even though I completely know how to use the self-checkout.

This Home Depot location is well managed. Always stocked, it's easy to get in and out of, close proximity to the expressway.

I like Home Depot because they always seem to have someone available for help/questions.

Cashiers are necessary! Customer service training is necessary! I only go here now when I need to grab something quick. Otherwise I will drive further for better service, cashiers, and better prices. I used to always shop here but it’s just gone downhill the past few years and continues to.

John was abosolutley phenomenal in helping us pick out our appliances that were best for our needs!

Point of sales should accept Apple Pay. Ppl don’t carry wallets and card everywhere anymore. Considering you just updated your POSs and did not include this feature sucks. Also the option to either (1) print a receipt or (2) print a receipt AND email makes zero sense. Isn’t the point of it to save paper? So the options should be (1) Print, (2) Prinf & email or (3) Email only. Who’s in charge, I want their salary. It’s not that hard, unless they’re new to retail.

At this home depot everytime I have come here it has been one great experience after another. the workers on the floor are great down to the management. Apirl in front is awesome always postive and willing to help, Andy in lumber is awesome and knowledgeable know what he's talking about and will guide you to what you need, And Julie when it comes to special orders or just the store in general she is amazing, because of these reasons I made this my one stop shop and refuse to go anywhere. the customer service is on point. Thank you for helping me improve my home for the past 10 years! this store ROCKS!

Bought a washer and dryer combo paid $2000 cash was supposed to be delivered a week later. Waited all day checked status I was next delivery waited another hour checked again delivery schedule was canceled. Had to wait another 4 days before delivery. I canceled order to get refund. Drove 30 miles to store to find out I had to wait 24 hours before refund. Called next day to see if refund was available told they had to send check could not give cash back. Have to wait 4- 6 weeks to get a check in the mail. Home depot is a bunch of crooks. I have never seen a company that cannot give cash back when you paid in cash!!!!

I have had Home Depot deliver to my house three times. Each time the materials were in good condition and the delivery drivers were pleasant. I was surprised at the low delivery rate and how soon I was able to have the delivery made. Overall, the Wyoming store is my go to home improvement store

Always helpful when needed

One cannot go all the time to the custom desk, to have it adjusted. Time , is money. 2 receipts one for 55.90 the other for 45.56= 19.14 cents Photo shows credit card info - no way

I have been driving many extra miles to do my shopping for my woodworking business and weekly needs.

Home Depot is in the business of ripping people off. I’m being charged an additional $600 to cut a steel door a 1/4 of an inch. It took the store over a week to figure out the price of my door installation. I feel like they lied and just made up a fake price.
