Outstanding service and a team who works hard to make your project a success. The store has a good product selection, but man stores can make that claim. This store, however, has a braintrust who takes the time to listen to what you're trying to do and to tips and suggestions that come from experience.

i like the 54th street location. they have a good selection of trim boards and CEDAR!!!

The appliance specialist, Bonnie W, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.She tried to make sure we understood everything regarding the appliances we purchased, with accessories we needed or wanted and how the extended warranties worked, as well as the delivery process pointing out who and how to contact delivery people if necessary. We purchased other items in the store that day and the check out was fast and friendly

The woman that checked me out was wonderful. I by no means expect people in this time to be positive and friendly, when they are dealing with the often challenging public. However, it was nice to feel somewhat normal and seen for a few minutes because of this lovely worker. Thank you!

Always an easy stop for me. Without question Home Depot in general has exactly what I'm looking for at reasonable costs. Whether I know exactly what I need or require assistance of some sort with a project or locating items, it never takes long to find someone to assist and if they can't help, they find someone who can properly assist me in relatively short order. Store is always neat and organized and the people here are quite pleasant.

Horrible customer service. Ran out of propane (it happens), I didn't find this out until they sold me the can, I went to my car and brought back the empty. Then I was told I needed to take the empty back out to my car and get in line at the service desk to get a refund. How about a little communication and maybe "leave the empty here and I'll walk over with you and help you get your refund asap".
