Kitchen cabinets and countertop.

You can't even walk down the aisles. So much returned garbage blocking the aisles. Why is there stoves outside in the garden section?

We were greeted o m the following busy a Home Depot employee and he asked if we needed help. We were quite “lost” and he took us right to everything we needed. He was so knowledgeable and helpful - a really great representative of Home Depot. I wish I had made note of his name to give him credit in this review.

I moved from the east coast where i dreaded shopping at the Home Depot because it was hard to get someone competent to help me when I needed it- that is NOT THE CASE AT FT. MYERS - every single person I have asked for help in this store is nice, friendly- COMPETENT AND EFFICIENT in helping me with whatever I have needed!!! Thank you Ft Myers Home Depot 🙏🏻!!! 😁

I buy from this location very often early in morning . The employees at checkout are very helpful .

Had 3 projects, wife needed an umbrella set for the back yard I need fittings for a filter and shelves for a closet. We met Stephen he helped us with everything

All materials I need are always there. If a product I bought ended up not being used, I can return with receipt with no problems!

I can't say enough good about this Paint Department. They went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer when I left with my paint. They matched it perfectly!

I’m from upstate to New York and in my local Home Depot I’m lucky to find an employee to ask a simple question At your story, it appeared that they actually went out of their way to look for someone to assist. It was actually a very pleasant experience.

The day I was there barely any carts in the store but hundreds all over the parking lot and 3 Employees standing around out side doing nothing but talking. Must be nice to money for nothing.

They have just about everything I need, & professional help in most departments.

I was in a HUGE hurry so I zipped in, made keys, self check out and zoomed out the door. This was only possible because you have a great staff that has assisted me numerous times to find what I need or explain what they think I need. Plus you have a great key duplicating machine that has made perfect keys the first time every time I have used it. Great job on the staff. And I should mention the inventory is and has been good from day one so many years ago.

I am impressed that Home Depot is fully stocked with supplies that are useful in repairing and renovating my home following 3 devastating hurricanes in two years.

I know the company wants to cut back and save money in order for more profits for the shareholders and upper management, however if the staff it’s not in the store, Customer Service is lacking. You never know when a staff member is calling off for the day and then that makes That department short of help giving good. Customer service should be the number one priority. That will boost profits more than anything.

Please hire more people like McKenzie As she was great

The Fort Myers location is well laid out and organized. Departments are easy to find and even unusual items can generally be located rapidly without the assistance of HD staff. If I can't locate an item, HD staff always knows where it is and most of the time even offers to stop what they are doing and walk me to the proper location.

Well-kept store, good inventory, enough staff. However some of the staff need to be better trained.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot since it opened. I purposely drive out of my way to this store even though one is much closer to me. I do this because the customer service is better and there's more of a selection of products.

THE STORE IS USUALLY WELL STOCKED BUT THE STORE INSIDE AND OUT IS TRASHY AND IN THE SUMMER MONTHS IT IS TO HOT IN THE STORE TO SHOP FOR VERY LONG.

I have used one credit card for the vast majority of my purchases, and I cannot get in store or online or telephone customer service representatives to generate a compilation of all of my purchases. Incredibly disappointing and has resulted in massive delays in my home renovation projects!!!

Hose real was damaged but usable and did not have time to wait on replacement. Packing was very inadequate and is what caused damage

This Store was not a good experience for my wife and I as there was no one available at the Paint Counter to assist us.

Like the layout of the store but wish they had a section in the parking lot just for contractors so when shopping by yourself you don’t have to push a cart with materials a football field at times to load in your truck. Just my opinion.

I stopped using Home Depot a year and a half ago, after corporate forced removal all the retired trades people employees and their expertise in order to make more money. NO one in the stores knows anything about anything!
