I’ve noticed more available employees that can help you recently. It’s the new helpful hardware store.

They said they had 14 quarts of paint In stock. When I tried to buy one they could not find any of them and asked if I would mind driving to Alico location. Store 276 always disappoints the customers.

The telephone system is terrible. It's rare that anyone answers

If you care about your safety I recommend not shopping at this store.

We purchased the large format lifeproof marble look tile in North Port, who were awesome as well. And I had to go to Fort Myers to pick up the rest of it. It was tricky because the stores are in different districts and Saturday was busy. I went to the Customer Service desk. The folks were very helpful, from insuring that the tile was there, to answering questions, to helping us get it loaded. We highly recommend both of our home Depots!

This HD has top notch employees! From the friendly loader, to the paint department to customer service desk and the call center all are always so helpful!

Needed light bulbs for new fan, but they didn't have what I needed, despite having. Help from a great employee.

Went in last night to pick up some items for a project. They were out, although their own computer said they were in stock. Employee was too lazy to look for them. When I made manager aware, he was no help at all! Poor service is the only consistent in this store!!

Even though what I was looking for want in stock (post hurricane, wbich is understandable), i was greatly assisted by Laura w/ HD and Jen with Behr in the paint department. These two young ladies was able to get me a perfect color match and reccomend a more durable baseboard and trim paint! They took time to converse with me and treat me as an individual vs the usual quick interaction and push out the door i usually get.

Your business should train your employees to treat customers like they were the only one

Never buy doors from this company. Nothing but a headache and it’s like pulling teeth to get anyone to sincerely solve and help you with any issues. Doors are not cheap. It’s more of a hassle at this location.

Found a Blink video door chime I wanted. Price posted was 50% off but when I went to purchase full price came up. Went to customer service desk and explained the situation, they honored discounted price

Every person I interacted with was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. One gentleman who said he had worked there for years, actually took a few minutes and went down my list of needed supplies and told me in which aisle each thing would be found. I walked out of the store with everything I needed smiling rather than being frustrated.

Service Manager Toni disrespects fellow employees in front of customers and lazily stands around instead of helping customers or staff.

Went in for a refrigerator and I was helped by Oksana, she was knowledgeable, gave me various options and knew about reviews for each appliance! Took me less than 20 minutes to buy a fridge with a great warranty !!!

Wilson (tools- store #0276 Ft Myers- Tamiami) was zero help today as he was reluctant to check on-hands for Milwaukee battery for a M18 Fuel Milwaukee Multi-tool I was purchasing. I had to find him in a less travelled aisle leaning on stock shelf on his phone. I asked him twice to check on-hands and he just said it was out of stock. Lost add-on sale. Terrible customer service as this associate was lethargic, lacked motivation and seemed sleepy. What has happened to good to great customer service at HD?
