Very helpful staff working at this store. Had a good experience with the lady in the window covering department. She went above and beyond to assist me in an item I was looking for.

Max Dunn, Millwork Specialist, did a great job helping arrange for measurements to be taken and gave helpful information regarding products offered.

I wanted to acknowledge Neshia and seylin they were very helpful. It was almost closing time but they were very patient and friendly

I had an issue with the product purchased and Toni the manager and Allore the returns specialist handled it without question. This saved me time and money. I will always shop here first when in need of building supplies and appliances.

During this time of recovery from hurricane Ian Home Depot has been great about keep the products needed to rebuild on the shelves, and the associates have been quite helpful patient and respectful. I appreciate all the professionalism Thank you

The customer service at this store is awesome. The manager ( the one with a salt & pepper beard) I dealt with was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond helping me. This type of employee is hard to find these days. Great store!

Our experience shopping for fence and gate materials was excellent solely due to the two guys who helped us out. One named Reggie. The other guy's name eludes me however both of these employees should be commended for their customer service skills

Good store - Good People - Very helpful and friendly - Knowledgable

On a few occasions, I have purchased paint and needed to go back for an extra gallon. When I give them my information, they said I don't see you in the system....how can that be after I just gave you my information when I purchased the paint a day or two ago....someone is not paying attention to their job. My suggestion, ask and ask again before you leave if your information is in the system. Frustrating as hell!

The prices were very attractive compared to similar stores

It was a busy Monday morning, and yet I found plenty of available staff members to assist with my questions and needs in an expedient way. Cash registers were also well staffed (which is apparently not standard anymore) and cashiers very helpful! WTG HD! :)

My contractor was denied pickup for my order since it was labeled as delivery. They told my contractor I have to cancle the entire order and reorder it without delivery. My items were sitting on the show room floor and not yet prepared for delivery as it was weeks away.this has delayed my project.

Was looking for gravel that is always in the masonry department. Was sent by associates to various areas of the store looking for it. No one offered to help more than pointing in a direction and saying they think it was in aisle X.

I am an older woman living alone and restoring my home after a destructive hurricane (Ian). I have been to Home Depot many times! The staff is always very friendly and helpful to me.

Steve Marrero was our kitchen designer and he was outstanding. Very patient and knowledgeable as he helped us through many changes anda final deisgn.

There was a young lady working the tile department her name was Leah, she was VERY helpful. Loaded the heavy tiles in my cart and told me all the products I needed to lay the tile. She was knowledgeable.

I had the most pleasant experience shopping for all new appliances for my new kitchen. Mike Kintzel at the Ft Myers store was extremely knowledgeable and spent the time to explain all features of each item.

Purchased a dishwasher...our salesman Mike went out of his way to inform us on our choices, very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. VERY helpful and made our buying experience a pleasure! Thank you!

I went in to get a bag of Kellogg raised bed soil. The 2 cu ft bag was too heavy for me to lift, however, when I told the cashier she immediately called a rep to help me. Service with a smile. I will be shopping at this store again.
