Excellent store; well stocked; staff helpful and pleasant.

Staff in the store were very helpful. John spend over an hour on the phone locating the product that we needed. When we got to the other store, the product was waiting for us with our name on it.

Store is very close to my 2nd winter home in FORT MYERS FL. I have made many purchases from this store for remodeling needs of our home. I use Home Depot for all my purchases both in FORT MYERS AND IN HUNTINGTON WEST VIRGINIA MY PRIMARY HOME. New kitchen new decking. In Florida flooring and of course paint and floor stain, new fans lights. I have never been disappointed with shopping at HOME DEPOT

The morning contractor staff, Greg, Cathy, Nuno and Larry are always courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful!

The store is located in Bonita Sprongs and not Ft. Myers. a very nice store with lots to choose from. I really like the garden area.

Went to the garden center this AM and everyone was super helpful and friendly. In the past the cashiers I have encountered were not the most pleasant but today they all nailed it. My cashier (Amornrat) even fixed a price issue in 3 plants that didn’t ring up correctly. Even though it wasn’t a big difference in $ she still insisted that she made it right. It is the small things in life that make the difference.

My husband & I had the pleasure to work with Carmen Lopez on 12/30/20. We were in the market to purchase a stove. This stove had to have an oven that would reach the temperature of 550-degrees F. When my husband asked if this stove (Frigidaire FFEH3054US) had the capabilities of getting to 550-degrees, Carmen didn't have an answer. SO, she went into the computer, trying to find the answer for us. Carmen read some documentation on her computer but wasn't sure SO she then contacted Frigidaire and spoke to a representative explaining our concern around the oven temperature. This representative (from Frigidaire) did more research and found that it was the stove/oven we needed. The day we were in your store, Carmen was very busy helping customers BUT she was able to be helpful, thorough, friendly, understanding, etc. to our needs with a smile on her face throughout it all. We are happy to say we purchased the stove and were THRILLED with the service that Carmen gave us. She is a BIG asset to your store/company.

Terrible customer service from the salesperson on the floor in several department. No help from them whatsoever!

Pretty easy to find stuff. Associates very helpful and knew what aisle. Clean and spacious. A chore turned into a fun outing.

I hope you never need help from a manager, they do not exist! Was promised a call when fans arrived, never received a call but product was on shelves when I went to store. Had to return dented frig, what a hassle!!!! Very poor service

This store has been great to work with on several renovations I have been working on. They are very helpful with cutting lumber. I had to cut approximately 30 sheets of plywood spread over numerous trips, and they did it without complaining or charging. They even learned my name after several trips. Nice touch. Greg and the team at the Pro Desk and checkout area have been great to work with.

Prefer the store at 3402 Forum Blvd, Ft Myers Florida 33905.A more customer friendly store.

Go see Carmen in appliances! She goes way above and beyond when working with customers. We would not hesitate to recommend her and Home Depot for appliance purchases. We were treated very professionally and provided with knowledgeable service when we spoke to her. We are customers that generally have a lot of questions and look at a lot of options which we know can get frustrating but Carmen was a true professional!

I paid $80 for delivery of very nice boxed vinyl plank flooring. Home Depot delivers flooring to outside only. They will not take boxed flooring products to an upper level unit. It's up to customer to get material inside before installers will schedule. Home Depot does not cooperate with other nearby HD stores to complete material orders. Customer must wait for material orders from manufacturer. With so many condos at upper levels with HOA requirements for soundproofing, soundproof ratings should be posted in store with flooring products. I have been back and forth with this order more than a month. After material was delivered, more issues came up with products and now need to return everything and start over. I have not been able to live in condo more than a month now. Seems like problems will never end. Time to cut losses. Ask me if I'm happy! My rating is based only on this project. Otherwise a good store with good people.

Great store for all your home improvement needs.

I won't name names - ha - but, the other large home improvement store has hired people who don't know how to help. When asked, they shrugged and said they didn't know - and didn't try to get other help. So, I went to Home Depot and was helped by a young girl who walked the store with me until I found exactly what I needed. I will definitely go to Home Depot first next time!

Home Depot, Ft Myers, is an excellent shopping experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and has the appropriate safety measures in place to protect customers and employees. My experience was with purchasing kitchen appliances. I highly recommend Oksana Herrmann, Appliance Specialist, to assist you with your next kitchen appliance purchase. Oksana is extremely knowledgable, patient, helpful and solution oriented. She knows the features and goes above and beyond to make your shopping experience productive and rewarding! When you shop for appliances, go to Home Depot and ask for Oksana Herrmann! You will be so happy with the shopping experience!

I am a military retired resident, living in Fort Myers. I have found the recognition given to retired military promotes purchases at the local level, in comparison to military outlets, through correspondence.

Excellent customer service. Was checking out spray paint, needed ID checked, employee scanned the cans for me I told employee I had 6 cans of spray paint all the same. The employee check the color AND FINISH while scanning the cans and repeated the color and finish. I would have never thought to check to see if I had all the same finish. Great service LUCERO!! Time saver I might have had to return to the store if I had different finishes and my project would need to be redone.

Donna and Greg were very helpful. Donna helped me find the trailer i wanted, took the order over the phone, and when i arrived to pick it up, she'd already had the title paperwork ready for me. Greg was my cashier and was very helpful getting the trailer unlocked and me on my way.
