My Husband and I visited the Home Depot on Lima Road in Fort Wayne and bought a washer and dryer and a refrigerator. Steven H. helped us and what a wonderful man he is!!! So friendly and helpful and Happy!!! All associates should be like him!!! Made our buying experience one to remember!! Thanks Steven H.,,,,you Rock!!!!!

Very clean store, helpful and knowledgable employees, great prices!

Just moved from out of town. Had to buy a washer and dryer. The associates Jim Young & Bruce Smelser in the Appliances section not only engaged with us patiently for over 3 hours, they provided all the necessary information for us to make the best decision. In the end we bought the best product for a very competitive price. The associates were honest & open in their recommendations. Thank you, guys! You made our shopping experience a joyful one. Will certainly come back for more.

The store was a little messy, but work able to get what I needed. I had not been in your store for a long time. I was pleased with sales persons. The check out girl was very friendly. Thanks for the good visit.

I quickly found what I needed and the product I needed was in the store. I received the help I needed to locate one additional item in the Lawn and Garden Center.

Mary Lou, the associate in the paint department, was great help and was very friendly. She was really busy when we got there to have our paint mixed and she made the wait short and kept her service going to the customers in the order they were at the counter. I hope the next time I need paint, she's working the counter.

I was researching LG refrigerators and saw online that they were offered by Home Depot. We wanted a particular model and wanted to talk to a salesperson familiar with that brand. We visited the Home Depot at 6235 Lima Road in Fort Wayne and talked to Don Kolterman. We liked the fact that he was not pushy, showed us a model very close to what we wanted and carefully explained the differences in the one we wanted. He showed my wife a video of the exact model we wanted and told us they had 35 available at their distributor. We decided to purchase the model we wanted and Mr. Kolterman prepared all the paper work and let us pay by credit card at his workstation to save time. He is a truly professional sales associate. I told him that I liked his performance at the end of the transaction and he replied that he was privileged leased to be working for Home Depot and that he tries very hard to perform his job well for that privilege. We were impressed and wanted to share the story with others.

The Home Depot Store in Fort Wayne #2009 has consistently provided me with excellent customer service for the last several months. From the moment I walk into the store and throughout my visit, there is always someone stopping to ask if I need any assistance. I am not as familiar as others may be with the store layout and where to find things, so I appreciate the friendly associates offering their assistance. Several associates have helped me locate items I needed even when those items were not within their assigned departments. This type of customer service leaves me with a very favorable impression. I wish all retail store experiences were like my experiences at The Home Depot. Keep up the great work everyone!

i called to confirm the smoker i wanted matched the on-line inventory. the associate hunted the smoker down. i ask if it could be reserved. she assured me if i ordered on line the order would be processed and the item would be held. when i arrived 45 minutes later while standing in line i got the text my order was ready for pick-up!! how perfect is that. i wish i would have gotten that associate's name, she was awesome!!! i will be spreading the word and for sure do more shopping this way i the future.

Home Depots in my former state of California had much narrower and much more cluttered aisles. Staff here knows their stuff and where to find it. Extremely friendly and never put out when you ask them for directions or information.

I first went to Lowe's to purchase some utilitarian carpet. I couldn't find it and no one tried to help me even though three middle-aged male employees were clustered at a nearby end cap, talking to each other. I made two passes around them but it didn't matter to them. I was invisible. I drove across the street to Home Depot where I was immediately helped by a knowledgeable woman in flooring. She even helped me decide which method to use for buying the carpet so my budget was not overdrawn. This is not the first time Home Depot has "won" but I won't know if it's the last because I will not return to Lowe's.

We love Home Depot. By far better than Lowe's and Menards especially when it comes to customer service. You are the best!!!!

Had several questions for the store staff for products in different area's of the store and was very pleased with how quick and knowledgable he was. Outstanding!

I was in the store a few days before so when my wife was in town I brought her into the store to look at the " Lifetime picnic Table" . Brenda came to us and told us how we could purchase it and pick up at a later time, which we eventually did.

Great help in the grill department friendly, they were glad to get the item for you and help you put it in your car. Great Service

I was in need of 2 ladders and when i came into the store, not only did they give me prompt service they discounted the ladders to match lowes prices.

I have visited Store #2009 on many occasions in the past few months. Every store associate has been friendly and has offered assistance in finding things in the store. It is this type of customer service that makes me want to shop there and leaves me with a very favorable impression. Keep up the great work!

I was very happy with the lay out of the store. Easy to find items your looking for, and if your not able to find them the associates are very helpful.

Apprecuate the cleanliness of the store and the wide aisles. It makes it much easier to navigate when two people are in the aisle at the same time.

Stopped in store to do some shopping on a bunch of different products i am looking to finish up on. Each department was very helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable of their products. My visit was very warm and inviting which has now made this my new go to store for all my home needs. Great prices, great products and exceptional service has won me over. Keep up the great work!

I am always very satisfied with the help and instruction I get in the paint dept. The associates I have worked with are always very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions I have and they are very friendly.
