What thank art in flooring department in fort Wayne for not calling be back after 2 min and giving the run around for four hours by transfering to don witch didn't have a clue what was going on with floor install. At least you got to home art. After calling every half hour like art said and not calling back art plus not answering the phone in flooring department plus all hang up in flooring department finally after 4 hour got pay for floor install

Items looked up on line list ed available quantities, row number and bin number for easy shopping. Military discount easy to use.

My experience at Home Depot on Lima Rd, was nothing short of amazing. I was greeted promptly and made to feel welcome. Grace in the gardening center was able to help me with all my needs. She took me around the store to every area I needed assistance in and made sure all my questions was answered. Good customer service is hard to find, but excellence in it is rare. I am new to the area and they outshined their competition by light years in my opinion. Thanks so much.

Very helpful employees

This is my 2nd year of attempting to master the green thumb. Its working kinda... I have come by the store probably a dozen times this year alone just to get my garden spruced up. I have had exceptional help each time! The staff knows their stuff and never feels bothered to help. Thank you for that. I live very close to 2 other stores that cater to gardening but I drive out of my way to buy from HomeDepot. It's not so much the product they have because they all sell the same items. It's really the staff. Great service is worth it.

Our salesperson was amazing! He was belpful and easy to talk to! Offered us other services and such for our appliance bundle, but was not pressureful in the slightest. His attitude was so pleasant and we loved conversating with him! Made our buying experience worth remembering and we hope to buy from him in the future if needed!

I was looking for landscape stones and found exactly what I was looking for after trying other improvement stores and discount stores. I will shop this store again. Associates were friendly and very helpful.

Purchased a Mower on sale. The item was in stock: however, didn't show inventory online for purchase and curbside pickup. Since I just had surgery, I wanted to purchase and have my son pickup curbside for me. Customer Service refused to help stating there was no way for me to do that. My son had to go out of his way to pick up my card and purchase in store.

Always helpful staff. I visit the paint department and the plumbing department frequently, while doing home improvement projects. Staff is knowledgeable , friendly, and helpful.

We contracted with Home Depot for some laminate flooring to be installed in our living room. The total charge was about $2600 of which about $1100 was for labor and the job was estimated to take one day. The installer found that the floor wasn't level and they would need to do some grinding and pour some concrete to level it. That work took about one hour and while the concrete was drying they went to lunch. For this additional work HD charged us over $1700. Of course the store called us and told us what the charge would be but at that point what choice did we have? My complaint is not with the installers, they did an excellent job and the flooring itself is perfect, my complaint is with Home Depot. In my opinion this was a price gouge.

You need a few employee's who could stay in the main isles and spot customers who may need help . There is never anyone to find, you end up looking down isle after isle and still can't find help.
