Used Home Depot Services to replace Lennox Air Conditioner. They were great and helpful throughput the entire process from start to finish.

Happy to have been a pro member and Christina was helpful to ask and offer me the benefits. Only to find out, I was a Pro member already. Thanks to her for her diligence to offer the benefits .

The pro desk was great and very helpful.

We needed a clothes washer right away. We looked in Consumer Reports and knew what we wanted. A very knowledgeable sales lady promptly greeted us and showed us what we wanted. She wrote up our order, we paid and left the store. It was the quickest large purchase we’ve ever made.

After being disappointed w/ a missing part for an online order, we received EXCELLENT customer service from Makavin at the RETURN ctr. area. Our issue was resolved in a manner that we left the store fully satisfied.

Only shop at this location when necessary. Do not expect customer service of any type.

I had a call with store manager (Jojo) regarding my order I placed a while ago. Apparently my item was delivered to the store 6 days ago and no one cared to notify me about it. When I called the store, the store manager Jojo says it is not their responsibility to call customers. Then how the customer should be informed about the delivery? He was rude and speaking as I was explaining the case. What an unprofessional staff you hire. Never going back to Home Depot again.

Mr.Jeff Live was Fantastic he helping through out my shopping. He was very pleasant person.

Was initially frustrated the product I wanted, wasn't stocked, but a helpful employee went far out of there way to retrieve it.

I apply for Home Depot card I was approved immediately and star using my card with a 50 dollars discount

I was looking for a part that did not have a name on it. Pasquale Carlo Falvo saw me looking and offered his assistance. Even though my part had no name showing, he took me right to the location and provided that part that would work. Great Customer service. I could tell he takes pride in his work. Thanks Pasquale

You would find everything you need for your daytoday need as fixer upper here. Friendly staff and great customer service.

The Home Depot in Germantown Maryland did a great job allowing me to return a very large number of items left over from our Basement refinish. The person that helped me was very intelligent and made the computer Return application work perfectly!! This HD has a great team of people supporting us, the consumers!! Don Duff

I selected several items from the shelf and when I got to the register the cashier said a different price. I went to the area with a supervisor to show them where I got the items and all she said was they were put in the wrong slot. I said well the whole shelf is wrong them and she said nothing. I should have been given the price on the shelf. Lesson learned.

Very inefficient use of time

Tracy from the lumber area of the store was an enthusiastic, helpful, and is a real asset to your store. She helped me custom cut plywood boards in store! This is a great service.

I was able to text myself the item location, go there & find what I needed, and check out quickly!

Knowledgeable, helpful staff

The in-person shopping experience is not good if you want to be checked out by a real person. They will push you to use the self-checkout even if you request a register with a human. If you like to take care of the check-out, you'll to better and save money by making the purchase online from the big A.

This store is staffed by people who have never worked in a hardware store. I doubt these people are even aware that hardware stores exist. They simply show up, ignore the customers, collect a paycheck and then go home. At this point the hiring process is literally checking for a pulse and then handing them an orange apron.
