I've been able to find all I needed - every time I come to this store!

Friendly and helpful associates throughout the store!!! Customer service must be their first top priority!!! Their second priority is general cleanliness and it shows throughout the store. The manager has done an EXCELLENT job in training his employees. I was able to find the items that I needed with the help of your customer associates throughout the store. IF, I were not retired, I would offer a generous bonus to the employees that I encountered today and steal them away. They are truly your most valuable assets! The only store in our area with corrugated metal and plastic panels. A great find. Good customer service too.

I liked how I could get what I wanted with cash in hand AND they print out the receipt AND it is sent to your house. Did I mention I got it earlier than expected and on the very last day that we had left of using the same product? :-) Why spend several dollars more somewhere else when Home Depot helped me save AND made me happy and grateful for my ability to look for bargains so I can get out of debt. Thank you!

This is our go to store for our home improvement projects. We’ve always had a pleasant experience and will not shop anywhere else! The employees are always helpful and items are simply to find.

Associates, who work at the plumbing aisle, were unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked for help 2nd time to look for a product while he was placing returned items back to the shelves, he raised his voice and said he's looking for it. I'm not satisfied with this service. I wish Germantown HD have better employee training.

Poor Customer service. Came to the store to buy some Weed and Feed for my lawn. I lined up then pointed to one self-checkout machine to pay with cash. it did not work so I called for help. The lady came to help but did not work for her either. She then told me to wait and pointed me to another one. Again, the machine did not work. I then said I wanted to see a real cashier so I walked away from the self checkout area. The woman came to me and told me that I needed to line up. I said I already did and tried two different self checkout machines and they did not work so I wanted to see a person. She told me she did not want to be yelled at. I did not yell at her at all. I just tried to clarify that I did line up for my turn and did try two different machines. I've lived and shopped here so many times. Why does the customer service become so bad at this Germantown Home Depot these days? The manager should talk to his/her worker(s) about how to treat customers right.

I have a friend that works at this store and he shared with me that this is the busiest store on the East coast. I rarely have trouble finding what I need and when needed I order items online if they aren't in stock. While I wish the front of the store had alot fewer free-standing displays for various items, the store is organized and kept neat, especially being as busy as they are. I have no concerns with the store other then the free-standing displays up front. The staff overall does a great job and is friendly and helpful.

It seems increasingly more difficult to find help in this store. Many of the younger employees seem to have an attitude and don't want to be bothered. I had one of your employees in the paint department look at me when I asked him where an item was and then looked away and kept straightening the drop cloths. He pointed after asking twice. I occasionally will have an employee ask if I need help and they go above and beyond and I will mention their name in surveys and reviews.

The Germantown store has associates that are always ready to help, whether you are purchasing or making a return. The store always seems to have the merchandise I am looking for, often with many choices. I especially love the garden section during the growing season.

The hardware department is very knowledgeable

Never can get any service when you have a question. I had to ask another customer the question and they gave me the right answer. This is unacceptable...I see why people have said they shop elsewhere.

The paint staff was extremely rude to me for no reason. If I have to get the stir stick from the front, I am not deaf, saying it once is enough and you do not have to yell. I should have asked to speak with the manager, but was in shock. Also the staff at the checkout told me that I can use the credit card $100 off with my 15% off coupon. I signed up for the credit card and cannot be combined. So now I have to call and cancel. Although, the staff at the checkout was friendly and not rude. There was another staff that was really helpful in the tools section. Staff is really hit or miss. I will not go back to this home depot store again.

Over the years, i have watched customer service drop significantly in this particular store. Such a pity.☹

I love this home depot compared to the one in shady Grove. There's always plenty of people who's willing to assist and I find the organization of everything to be very easy to follow. John was very quick to help me today from making my checkout faster when he noticed me looking for a way to checkout my stuff.

The employees at this home-depot are so nice and helpful! I doubt you WONT find what you are looking for ! I always find what I’m looking for. The service there is amazing :)))

I found a excellent costumer service from the employess.they were helpful and friendly.

One thing in need of improvement that lowered my rating from 5 to 4 stars is the saw in the back shreds the edges it cuts and twice, I have been shifted aside to that saw (sadly, I'd forgotten my first experience but I believe it was the same employee).

I find everything here what I need.
