A week ago a colleague and I were shopping for products for an upcoming charity fundraising event. Roy took the time to show us items outside of his area of expertise. He was patient with us. He was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Roy provided us with a superb level of customer responsiveness and support. His easy and endearing personality made the experience even better. Roy is the poster child of what makes a fun and inviting customer experience memorable. He should be the person new hires are placed with for training. He is a great example of what makes a person want to come back into the store. I hope he is rewarded well. He deserves it!

Not even one employee at this store said a word to me. I passed about 5 employees without any kind of acknowledgement that I was there!

Customer service in this store has declined. I have been shopping at this location for over 20 years. If I have to get something from Home Depot. I will go to one of the other locations. Very disappointed

I’ve been shopping at the Hoover Home Depot for 8 years and have never had a single problem. The staff has always been helpful when needed and I always enjoy my time there.

The Hoover Galleria Home Depot is the best store in the area; friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I paid to have dishwasher delivered and installed. Home Depot uses third party third rate delivery company that gets paid whether the delivery is completed or not. The store staff has no way to control or repair the mistakes made by this horrible delivery company. There are no controls in place to have item returned to local store for customer pick up in a timely manner. The time and money that I have lost dealing with what should have been a positive experience is pathetic.

Bought several plants last year, 2 died. When I went in to do exchange I was given HALF credit on my purchase towards replacement.

Love that I can run in and get needed products quick and easy. Love how you hire special needs employees that clearly enjoy helping customers. Also, I know I can find a cart to load heavy items on. This store is the best in the Birmingham Hoover area.

Best Home Depot store that I have ever shopped in. I want to thank Home Depot Foundation for their support of US veterans. I served 25 years in the US Navy and proudly support businesses that supports the military.

I shop the Hoover and Pelham AL stores. Both are very professional and their employees and management work diligently to help me find the products I need

Spring plant selection very good

The cashier I did, Home Depot, which extremely nice, helpful, friendly. But do not go after hours to the pro desk.

Have purchased several rolls of pine straw from 0881. Most have been of good quality. This last purchase of one roll was not up to the usual product quality standards, but we did not realize that until we were dispersing it. In hind sight, it came off the very back of the trailer, and probably had been exposed to weather, resulting in moisture and mold getting into the center of the roll. Otherwise, have had great experience with this product.

It's not as busy later in the evening. Therefore the checkout lines are shorter than during the day.

This store is one of the best Home Depot’s I have ever been into. It is clearly well managed and has excellent employees who are very helpful and easy to find whenever we had questions.
