I always enjoy visits to this store, even when I don't have the funds to spend. My husky loves going to this store & just visiting.

Great store with employees who will take the time to help you find what you need and suggest what you need for a project when you have no clue.

I was in the Hoover, AL store yesterday. Perry helped me with an issue with an item in the tool department. He was a great help and knowledgeable about the item and resolved the issue.

floor people are put out when you ask for information or they want to argue.....make sure inventory is accurately shown on website....drove 42 miles to buy product that wasn't there.

I went to the Hoover store to purchase a pressure washer. The employees were extremely helpful. Going forward this will be the only store I shop.

The Pro-desk and Tony the "key guy" is GREAT! I really enjoyed their expertise. FYI the customer service desk has improved 110%. Thumbs up!

I always find the different items I need. The staff are always willing to help you and go beyond by walking with you to the item/s you have questions about and help you find what you need and review the item/s with you!

This store is convenient and all employees are helpful

the employees could not be found and the ones who I did after 30 plus minutes searching for help did not know what I was asking for and it took 45 minutes to finally get an associtate that helped me and I helped them (that was a risk for me!!) get it down off the high shelf with a ladder.

The staff goes out of their way at this location to assist customers and provide a helpful shopping experience. Cashiers are all genuine and friendly-- I love this store!!

We love this store and staff! I bought my husband a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker for his birthday and we love it! The Home Depot staff was such great help to me to find this item and get it loaded for me! Thanks Home Depot!

I had a very pleasant experience with a cashier in the nursery area. Her name is Ashley 41323. She made sure I was taking care of and what she did not know she made no hesitation to find an answer . Very pleased!!!

I buy all my material and tools from this store and I am very pleased with the customer service and the deals I get every time I use the store.

We went in on Saturday October 22nd and cashier Whitney that works at Customer Service was RUDE!! I requested a Manager and this untrained guy came up there and was just like Whitney and was very and obviously wasn’t trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The Lawn and Garden area cashier's name is Sheila. She has always smiled, had a positive attitude and even helps you locate items.

Everyone had a happy attitude when I went to the Hoover location. I hate to shop but they made it a great experience.

I have been a customer a long time, and my wife who worked there... Tends to prefer this place ...but in 2 changes in management...and we keep having undeserved trouble! Here's some history. 1. Two toilets we bought, she couldn't get help losing them. She's like 100 pounds... 2. The fridge, which we did without for a long time ..lemon fridge 3. Being suspect of theft of hardware ... Value? Less than a quarter. Is that how highly we are valued? Lose us over $0.16? Apparently....

Always great service at this location.

Went into the Hoover/Riverchase store to find a light fixture for my outdated kitchen. Roy was the customer service person who greeted me with a smile and was eager to help. He happily retrieved a light fixture from the top shelf which required getting a large ladder to do so. He loves his job and people. Love this store!

I go out of my way to shop the Galleria Home Depot store. Their prices are usually better than other stores. The employees are usually very helpful and friendly.

WE HAVE SHOPPED HOME DEPOT OFTEN DURING THE PAST 10 YEARS AFTER HAVING MOVED TO HOOVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND INFORMATIVE. WE LOOK FORWARD TO OUR DELIVERY OF NEW REFROGERATOR MAY 13.

I always shop at this store when I need plants for my yard, or home repair stuff. They always have what I need!

I buy there a lot. Good store and easy to get to.

I purchased carpet and scheduled installation through the Home Depot store in Hoover. Everything to that point was very, very good! Then the installation company, Romanoff, got involved. I’ve had very few worst experiences with any company than I had with Romanoff. I ended up canceling my order on the day it was supposed to be installed, strictly because of Romanoff!

Dillon greeted us with so much kindness and was so helpful!! Danny help us as well in the faucet department and John helps us to order a new Dishwasher!! All 3 men were extremely helpful!! The Store was super clean!!

The store easily has the worst pro desk and building materials staff of any store that I have shopped anywhere in the country. I own a construction company that has a traveling component. We do a lot of projects around Birmingham Alabama... Cary North Carolina... Hanover Pennsylvania... Ocean City Maryland... And throughout the Washington DC metro area. I do business in a lot of stores and have never met a pro desk or an assistant manager that were as disrespectful and completely undevoted to customer service as the people I met in the store this morning.
