I order online which is very user friendly and I use the Home Depot curbside service for a landscape project for my home.

Actually, I did not purchase this item in store. However, A FANTASTIC Sales Lady ordered it ONLINE for me and Home Depot delivered it to my residence for free

Purchased a gas dryer..the in store employee was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. A later phone call with a different employee was equally friendly and helpful.

We would like to commend Sales Person E7CWZNX at store #0576 for the exceptional customer service he provided. Despite being the only person working at Customer Service and managing a long line of customers, he professionally handled the situation. Before proceeding with our order, he courteously asked if we were comfortable with him calling for additional assistance to help other customers in line. Although the store did not have all our items in stock, he checked with the Porter Home Depot, which had the items available. We chose to purchase from the Porter location to avoid any delivery delays. His professionalism and dedication make him a valuable asset to the store and the Customer Service Department.

Had to scan my own items. This is the reason that I stay away from these types of stores unless it is absolutely necessary to get the items I want. I used to go the The Home Depot all the time. Now it's maybe once a year. I find a mom and pop shop even if it means I have to drive further and pay more.

No one pays attention to details. Very difficult purchasing doors with installation. Has been 2 months since purchase. Ask for refund still waiting on my refund

I went to Rhonda the cashier and politely asked how can i get mulch because its all outside. She said i can pay there, no problem i did, but she did not ask for my military id. I said how can i get my id and she said, "YOU NEED TO TELL ME THIS BEFORE I RING YOU UP." I gave her my phone number and she said that its NOT my phone number. I have a masters degree in business. i think I know my own number. HORRIBLE, NASTY ATTITUDE ON YOUR EMPLOYEE. My number is correct in the system and online. She entered the number wrong but told me I don't know my own number. These uneducated employees have no idea what good customer service is.

I purchased a new refrigerator on 01/15/2024. Was told that it would be delivered by Thursday the 18th. Delivery service canceled delivery due to bad weather in Houston!? Reveled did the 19th and canceled 4 hours later, again for bad weather. Now it's accelerate for Monday the 22nd. Called the store and Mgr Josh, gave me a discount on refrigerator for inconvenience. Hopefully, no more delays. Currently using ice chests to keep food cold!

I've found good quality tools and parts here at reasonable prices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. I've been to other locations where you couldn't find anyone to help, and if you did they were indifferent to your needs. Definitely recommend the Humble, TX store and it's my go to location!
