My customer service experience was very poor. I returned an item that I placed online because it arrived damaged. The store placed a replacement for this order and charged me more. I cannot understand why a customer should pay more to replace a defective item. I escalated my concern to the store, and they were unwilling to accommodate me in any way. This level of customer service is unacceptable in my opinion.

The store is always well stocked, clean, affordable prices and great customer service, always.

The cashier didn't know the product and didn't even know how to read the measuring tape. Was trying to charge more for a different item .

Friendly employees, social distancing safety measures in place, lots of items in stock, good prices, clean store, lots of parking.

Horrible customer service and not helpful not friendly and manager sucks as well need to get some customer service training for store manager and associates

The Humble, TX Home Depot store #0576 was a clean store, and it was evident that all means were available for shoppers to remain protected. I am a loyal Home Depot customer and recommend if it's possible go to the Summerwood, Porter, or any other Home Depot store. The Humble store has a history of incidents easily witnessed just go by and listen to employees screaming down aisles at customers. Absolutely the worst store consistently I've ever seen of any retailer. Most Home Depots stores are a pleasure to shop and the Humble store has some employees that are the best. However, its seems the Humble store seems to churn employees that are not supervised or trained that run around the store treating customers with impunity and disrespect.

Purchased a window AC. Opened the box and seen at one time the bottom of the box had got wet! There was currently black mold growing at the bottom of the box. The Remote and AC manual was missing from the box. Also come to find out this AC was a 2017 model sold as new in 2020. To make matters even worse, it was listed for a cheaper price online. I'm hoping this unit was new, instead of a return.

The associate at the home living was helpful and friendly

My wife and I were looking to purchase a washer and so we only went to that department. The store was very clean in the areas that we were in and it appeared that the shelves were stocked properly. The Appliance Specialist(s) showed us the area to search and left us alone to look at several different brands, When we narrowed it down to two possibilities, we asked for help and the specialist explained that he would take one over the other because of recent issues with warranty repairs on one of them. He then checked for earliest delivery and we decided to purchase the washer with a 5 year additional warranty, because he explained the pros and cons in terms we could understand. Quite a pleasing experience for us. I think that the only issued I had was that even though the washer was on sale, I did not receive my military discount. The specialist explained the reason for that, but it is still a thorn in my throat. We Veterans earned these privileges because we committed our lives to maintain freedom to every American citizen. If you could understand our position, perhaps we would have 10% discount on everything we purchase, including sale items.

The Toro lawn mower mdl# 20340 I purchased started on the first pull 4 stares for that.

I purchased 4 appliances from Vanessa. She was very helpful , knowledgeable and friendly.

After waiting in the long line for check out and I finally get there to check out and leave and couldn't get assistance to load my item. I waited almost 30 minutes for help and I finally decided to return the product and I left

terrible customer service, no one available to help. after wasting an hour in the store. i will never return

Racist managers on duty during the day that seems to find enjoyment in trying to degrade a person's intelligence. Watch one of the managers leave the store just to get a police officer to go after the customers when they DID NOT steal anything or cause a physical confrontation with any of the employees. it looked like the manager feelings were hurt and he acted accordingly...childish.

I love going to the Pro Desk they are so helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Fred Moore has been great and outstanding employee. Kudo's to Fred.

With all that's going on in the world with Covid19 Home Depot employees have remained professional, friendly and helpful.

I have had problems with this store in the past. They have been better the last 2 times i have been there. I am watching them to see if this is a trend.

Customer service here is awesome! Don't know his name but he has a strong accent; he's very knowledgeable of the products and always know where the items are without any hesitation!. Clean and neat facility, never have any issues with getting in and out.

Home Depot is a great place to shop for all DIY projects, tools, rentals, etc.
