Today was the nicest experience on this store.Just peaceful and friendly staff

Awesome customer service and collaboration amongst the staff within different departments.

The associate at the customer service desk was very unfriendly and made my shopping experience a very uncomfortable one. When you go into a store in a perfectly good mood and are treated rudely then obviously you don't leave feeling happy or want to go back there. I hope Jaslyn will get a well needed attitude adjustment before she runs off more of your customers.

Store VERY unorganized- employees stayed on their phones & didn't look up. Only had 1 offer of help & she had a line of 3 in front of me. Other associates looked at me or ignored me- if they looked up from their phones. Hard to find what you need & products not in their proper place.

Nicely treated on phone by staff. That helped me find what I needed quickly.

If you are a consumer and need paint , this is the place to go. Very helpful and quick.

The store was very clean found everything I needed on the isles I was looking for also they help my wife out a lot in the gardening section

The service was to my satisfaction. I’ve been to other locations and had no one ever assist me. But my visit at the Humble location there were several associates who checked on me during my visit.

Have shopped here for a long time. Different thoughts on different trips. Have not liked it when told I can't get a Veteran discount when ordering something that they don't have in stock and having to pay shipping to have it send to my home. I have to make 2 trips to get one item when its H D's fault for not having it in stock. Certain items no longer in stock in shower cleaning aids. Have had more positive trips to H D than negative but needed to throw my negative trips in. Keep up the good work but get more checkers on the weekend.

Purchase a 7"TileSaw at Home Depot to find out that it was used and returned. The TileSaw was not checked and place back to purchase as new. Waited by time on purchasing it and returned it. Way to go !!!!!!!

Plenty of associates available to help direct me to the right place quickly Product availability was plenty and organized Though not many options but Pricing is fair No clutter on aisles was noticeable Fast checkout considering the time of day Parking was a little crowded but understandably Recommended yes for sure

Their cashiers are rude, condecending, obnoxious and have a down right disgusting attituted.

Great Home Depot location to purchase your items from, the employees are great and the place is well maintained.

My husband and I went to to Home Depot looking for flooring and were provided outstanding customer service by Ron H. He helped us locate the flooring we were looking for and offered suggestions on additional products we would need to complete our job.(as we were completely clueless) Coincidentally, Ron H. happened to be passing by as we were struggling with loading the flooring we had purchased into our car. My husband and I thought we were going to have to leave it there and come back as our trunk would not close, and there was not a way to tie down the trunk. Ron managed to maneuver the flooring and get it to fit-along with another nice associate-whose name I failed to get.:( A little kindness goes a long way and these gestures are so often overlooked, so I just wanted to give Ron H. the recognition he deserves for a job well done.

Sam was very friendly and helpful with my home improvement concerns. He provided me with excellent electrical information.

Steven was great in appliances. He went the extra mile for me. He knows his job.

The store was absolutely amazing! All staff were very friendly and helpful. And they knew almost everything about the department and to help you in any projects that you have. I would definitely recommend this Home Depot

In general all home depot have good service but today was the worse service for this Home Depot. Customer service and check out got a 1 star for me. The cashiers had the never to put me on speaker phone as I'm giving her my personal payment information. WOW! can't believe it.

store was clean and things were easy to find

walked around the store, at least 4 employees passed by and never asked if I needed assistance. I was looking for appliance light bulbs, ceiling fans and bathroom and kitchen faucets. I gave up on the faucets. I had questions about the light bulb to make sure it was the right one. I finally walked over to the refrigerator to see a light bulb inside to compare. 1 employee who had already passed me once passed me again and still didn't ask if I needed assistance. Finally Sam the forklift operator came over spoke to me answered my question told me options and told me the better deal. And I greatly appreciate that. It should not have taken a 5th person to speak and ask if I needed assistance

Waited 15min in flooring to find out by Manager Vanessa that both her employees called in.
