The associates at this store are always OUTSTANDING

Thanks to Sam in ceiling fan department, he was very helpful and went out his way to make sure my needs were taken care of. Excellent customer service provided by Mr. Sam and I thank him for that! Need more people like him! Thank you

When shopping at home depot I'm looking for a Tool bag no associates where difficult to find for a question even if it's there department they tell me wait I'll get someone that knows about tool bags!!! Really all I wanted to know is which one is the 15,18,24 inch bags not a very difficult question if you work the department have a little knowlge I found the tool bag I wanted the issue I had was they where all in the wrong location

Associate was asked for a specific item and apparently did not know that it was 1) a stock item and 2) where it was located. Disappointing to say the least especially when you have asked for the item by correct name and use! The associate on the return desk made up for the ineptness of the other.

I stopped in to buy some 2-cycle oil for the string trimmer. The products were conveniently located and I was able to choose between several brands and sizes. I asked directions to the appropriate aisle and the associate dropped what he was doing and walked me to the products and showed me the choices. There was quick self-service checkout available.

Humble TX store has a complete variety of products for all home improvement projects. Vast selection of plants and bushes to make your landscape beautiful. Has many hard to find plants all very healthy and blooming.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. It is a very clean store. Joyce Caddie was very helpful on finding products that we were buying.

The store was well organized and clean but didn't have the item in stock that I purchased.

I walked into the Home and Garden section and immediately met Ken Kyzar. He was eager to help with my mission and after explaining what I needed he not only pointed me in the right direction but he walked over with me to ensure that it was exactly what I was in need of. The items I was purchasing were a bit heavy so he made certain to put them in my basket for me, walk me to the register and then proceeded to help me put them in the car. If I need something from Home Depot, you can be sure that I will head over to the Humble location where I know I will get great service. Thanks Ken, I really appreciated your help and my project was successful!

my last visit on 5/8/15 I noticed more available associates who assisted me as I went from one store section to another. I do not like the restocking of inventory being done during the day as aisles are blocked for extended times. bought concrete pavers

If you have not been to the Humble Home Depot in sometime, it is time to re pay a visit. As a woman, I used to be intimidated by such places and even worst when I could not find anyone to assist with questions. But that has all changed, I have noticed the difference in the number of available associates. They are everywhere, friendly and always willing to help. It is nice to be greeted with a smile and comforting to know there will some help available if needed.

I shop at this location almost every day. I can always find help when I need it. I have never encountered a rude associate. Great store!

While I know the layout of the store, I knew where to find what I was looking for, found it made my way to the Register and was out of there in a flash. It was about 8:30ish in the evening, so not too hectic, I did not see any Sales Associates, nor did I need one. Was not offered carryout service, ok with that too. If you are self sufficient as I am, this is an overall good experience. Although, the aisles were kind of cluttered, it was probably due to the time of the evening.

Products were easy to fine the store was clean and the people were very friendly..

Home Depot off Highway 249 and FM 1960 is a great place to go for home and hardware items. Helpful and knowledgeable people, no long waiting lines to check out. I had a very pleasant experience with my questions answered and feeling like I was really being taken care of. Hats off to the employees of this store, and their management! Excellent job!

I purchased 6 heavy bags of rocks and asked for help loading them in the back end of my truck. I drove to the garden center and found 5 bags on a cart and no one to help load them. Waited and waited and no one returned. The cashier called someone after I asked if she could refund my money. More time past then a man came upset because he was supposed to be in some meeting but he did load the rocks. Won't return to the Humble store.

I was in the ac window unit section and no one was around. My son went a couple of isles over and there was an associate. Even though he didn’t work the ac section, he came over and assisted in finding 2 compatible units for us plus he even loaded them in the cart. He could have said “no, not my section” which we mostly hear at stores but NO, he helped. I unfortunately didn’t get his name but if he reads this…Again, thanks!

easy to find what we are looking for & store associate really helpfull

I was very pleased with all of the staff members. Every employee i passed in the store said hello and offered me help. This made my shopping trip easier and faster. I was a little over whelmed when i first arrived, but within minutes i was helped & I didn't have to seek anyone out. I really appreciated this. Thank you all for doing a great job.
