I needed a tape measurer and some new gloves for a new job. It was very easy to find the items I wanted and there was a big variety. One of the workers suggested a certain glove and I went with it. The tape measure is awesome. It tells you the increments instead of you just guessing if it's an eighth of an inch or whatever. I definitely enjoy shopping at Home Depot no matter what city I am in.

I am buying over $10,000 in bathroom cabinets and a quartz top. Very pleased with all the help!

There’s an issue with the credit card at the self check out although I tried a few times eventually, it was locked out. The voice on the self checkout kept saying an associate will be with you shortly and associate will be with you shortly. There were three Home Depot associates at the end of the self check out having a personal conversation this entire time and the customer is being ignored. I had to break up their personal conversation to get some help with the self check out. I don’t understand why personal conversatios take priority over customer service Aat the Huntington Beach Home Depot on Warner Avenue, but this is what you should expect if you decide to shop at this location

pls credit my account for one bbq. They did not deliver my original order the bbq because the wheel fell off. Someone called us and ask to come and pick one up but was charged again

Tried using Gift Card - received for 54 years anniversary- just to find out card was used & had 00 Balance. Lady at HD was very helpful - and gave me phone # to call. Finally got all money back . A Big TU to all concerned.

Quick, fast and convenient! Very helpful associates that are friendly and will help you get what you came for. Checkout was also quick and smooth. My go to store.

(1) On several occasions I have found that the HB II store is actually out of stock on a given item even though the HB website falsely says that the item is in stock and in a sufficient quantity, but my trip to that store, and even asking the store's staff when I am there, shows that the HB website is totally wrong about the quantity. I then may learn that HB I may have the same item in stock, but HB I is 4 miles (8 miles round trip) farther away from my home, and I have already wasted time and mileage making a stop and inquiry at HB II first. (2) I have also found the HB I store has certain products that HB II does not sell at all. (3) The HB II store also has too much jumbled inventory on certain small items. The wrong parts are mixed in with desired parts, or vice versa, with this occurring in shelf boxes and on peg hangers.

My favorite Home Depot is Huntington Beach II. I always get a friendly greeting and assistance is always available. This store has several semi-retired tradespeople who really know how to get a job done right! Because of this Home depot's knowledgeable people I have saved thousands of dollars on jobs I would have needed a professional to complete.

I came to get a plant for my mother and they did not have the one I saw on the website and they did not find me something similar. my Husband and I came in to the Westminster Home depot to buy and appliance and the employees could not help us so we went to the Huntington Beach Store and those employees helped us however they gave us the wrong information about delivery and installation and financing

Beware of this scam. My 2 gift cards were full and brand new with $100.00 balances and the one the cashier took the first, scratched the back to get the PIN code, said $43 and some change and put in in the slot before I could tell her AGAIN that they both had a $100 and were brand new. The one I scratched after was fine and had the $100. I showed her my paperwork with the amounts and the stick ems on the paperwork the cards were attached to with the amounts of $100 each. Request my card back and she tells me I have to pay my $1 and change before she can retrieve the card….no problem, I pay then she is not sure if she gives me the correct card back and said “I think it’s this one” of course it wasn’t the correct one

I was helped by friendly and knowledgeable persons in hardware and paint aisles. The problem is trying to find a person . It will be nice to go to the website for the HB location and tells me in what aisle I will find the item that I am looking for

I’m always treated kindly by the staff. They are willing to help and if they can’t they find someone that will be able to help. I also love hearing “thank you for your service “ at the checkout. Thank you Home Depot for being my 1 stop resource always.

Again, I called Home Depot doesn’t matter if it’s Huntington Beach other Home Depot’s always say they have product in store. I get there. They there on the shelf. There was none on the shelf. It’s a waste of my time. It’s a waste of my money. I am a general contractor for me to leave jobs to go to multiple Home Depot when you say you have product and you don’t, it’s a failure. And it cost me money

I have been shopping this store for the last 10 months to purchase remodeling materials for my son house in Huntington Beach. The paint department are very helpful to help you select paint application and color match. They have very good paint knowledges and went out their way to help you to match color (difficult color). The flooring department helped me to solve the flooring delivery issues to meet my deadlines. The only draw back is HD select a very bad delivery company to serve its customers.

I bought something without a receipt and wanted to return it, and they only gave me 2/3 the value instead of being friendly and giving me even store credit so I can buy the correct piece when I incorrectly bought the wrong Faucet. Another time I saw merchandise that was totally shattered and offered them to buy it in a discount to us both a favor but The manager would only give me 10% when He would’ve benefited just by giving it to me half off

Dennis from plumbing and Benjamin from cashiering are two stellar employees at this location. Not only are they courteous and polite, but they are educational and take the time to Explain and answer your questions. With their help I was able to save time and money by selecting the correct product for my projects. Contrary to my husband I only like to spend the exact amount of time I need in Home Depot to to find the things I need… With Dennis and help I was able to go quickly into the store grab what I need and check out in less than five minutes. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had at Home Depot! I’m looking forward to returning again soon. Well done!
