The salespeople in major appliances were all friendly and efficient, especially Tricia Lamb. My complicated problem was understood by Tricia, and we reached a successful conclusion with her help.

Went in for an outdoor heater. Pamela was wonderful and found one for us. Even had a wonderful young man load it into our car. Thanks Pamela! We will be back!

The store was clean and well maintained. A lot of the cleaning products were not available.

Great store. Always has any product we need.Neat, organized and clean. Differently from the Store located in Santa Ana. They never have what we look for, store is very disorganized. Warner location does a great job. Thank you.

Tom and John in the plumbing department a really helpful and go above and beyond with excellent customer service. Diana Chami at the pro desk is also very know and helped get me all the lumber that I needed along with providing me with help to set my doors and windows. Lori was also helpful with helping me plan my doors and windows.

After checking out, I dropped my wallet. I returned and as I am walking in the parking lot, one of the employees Mike told me that store is closed. Upon telling him that I lost my wallet, he asked me to go in from the exit. Customer service had not found it yet but meanwhile this employee came in and handed over my wallet. I offered him a tip of $ 100 but he very politely declined. His name is Mike Grover and is a new employee working at the lot. We all should be proud of his loyalty.

I went into the H.B. store Sunday ready for a struggle. Met Michael Watson in the appliance dept. and he was fabulous. He really knows his stuff and it was a very pleasant experience! No struggle at all. I was in and out in half an hour and ordered 4 appliances. If you need large appliances see Michael. I have had delivery issues in the past so we'll see how it goes this time! Store is good though.

You can always find someone to help you at the Huntington Beach Home Depot. I have never had a discourteous employee assist me. Since Covid-19, I love the fact that you can order online and have your purchase delivered to your vehicle. A special BIG THANK YOU to ELLIOTT who assisted me at my last visit to the Huntington Beach Home Depot. You are a GREAT employee!

Great customer service! Went in for a new BBQ and it turned out to be too big to fit into our car. Home Depot employee Brock was helping out front and WELL went above and beyond to help us remove the sides and make it fit - he had such a friendly, positive attitude - a total "can do" guy who wanted to help no matter how much time it was gonna take - just wow! One of the managers, Mark, ALSO came out to assist (brought us extra bolts, just in case, at no charge!)...then he went out of his way to give us a discount on our purchase just because it took awhile to get the BBQ into the car - but seriously, the whole thing was not even Home Depot's problem, yet they went ahead and solved it for us anyhow AND gave us money back! Wow - that is some seriously great customer service! I highly recommend - what a top notch team of employees at our local HB store! Well done!

Peter in Plumbing helped us yesterday with our water leak. Our old PEX pipe had a Tee that cracked and was leaking under our house. Peter was calm and so knowledgeable. Thank you Peter and Home Depot/

Great location, clean and always friendly staff!

I went to the Home Depot on Magnolia, and being a small asian girl, I felt that no one treated me with respect. Each employee directed me to go find another employee. The last employee that I asked to cut pvc pipes just said he might not be able to do it, and said “you know you have to buy the whole pipe if its cut” and left it at that. I was not told why the pipes couldn’t be cut, if your service is not available at the moment, then inform your customer. And yes, if I wanted to not pay for a whole pipe I would just buy the pre-cut pieces, thanks. I decided to up and drive myself to the Warner location because what I needed was not going to get accomplished here. At the Warner location, every employee was friendly and open to helping whatever it was I needed. Neither store could service me in cutting PVC pipes but at least the employees at the Warner location helped me find an alternative and I got what I needed. Lots of love! :)

The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is always superb, friendly and smart. The prices can't be beat. The garden center which is my favourite, has the best prices and they are set up in a way that you can navigate easily. The staff will help in any way they can, whether it's help taking purchases to the car or advice about electricity. Home depot has never failed me in the 25 years I've been going.

This review is for buying major appliances. Do not just go on the HD website--it will always be beneficial for you to go into the store and talk to a sales rep. Just make sure you are talking to someone who regularly works in appliances. One of the best guys at the HB North store is Michael W. He has been in the appliance business a long time and will listen to your project details to look for the right product in your price range.

I interacted with about 8 different workers today during my brief visit and each was not only very helpful but they had wonderful attitudes as well. This is a stressful time and while one might expect less than satisfactory service as a result, each showed the opposite. I have always had good customer service at this store but today was exceptional. Thanks to Alex & Jake and the others who helped me today! Thanks HB Home Depot!

Went to Home Depot (Huntington Beach on Warner) to purchase a Weber BBQ. I could not have asked for better service from Alex, Zoe and Cheri. These employees went over and above to help me with my purchase. They should be commended for their outstanding customer service. If I had a business I would definitely hire these three.

Can zero stars be applied? Your manager Jesus needs a lesson on how to properly enforce rules for all patrons and not just certain ones. Stereotyping and prejudice is an awful way to have employees act especially managers.

I would just like to give an atta boy to Jacob in the lighting department -- I was looking for a certain type of bulb, and was miffed at all the selection, but of coarse couldn't find what I needed. A young man was helping another lady.. an elder lady and she had a zillion and 1 questions, and he was sooo patient and kind to her... most young people like him would not have that type of patience. Anyway I waited for him to finish with her so he could help me with my task, Super friendly, knowledgeable, just an all around nice kid.... --
