I have never bought a washer and dryer before on my own. I went to the Huntington Beach store because of the Labor Day sale. Tom helped me out to purchase the Whirlpool duet. He was very helpful and patient. He first entered all the items to see what kind of discount I may get in the bidroom. That took some time, but he was very patience with the process. He explained to me all the discounts that I would be getting and even told me to go to "be water wise" for additional rebates on washers. He even helped with getting me free installation to match what Lowe's offered. I really appreciate all the time he spent helping me with this big purchase for my new home. Thank you for all your help and patience Tom!

This store is laid out so well I can always find what I'm looking for and then a friendly associate to help me. They go out of their way to make sure you get what you've come for and help you every step of the way.

They had the latest model refrigerators I wanted to see and measure. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about products and helpful with rebates and price matching and how to dispose of our old refrigerator. The best model for us was in stock and delivered on time by nice people in a few days without a hitch.

I was very happy to receive help from Tom when I went to buy a new washing machine. I had done my research prior to coming to the store and made a list of 3 washing machines I was interested in based on reviews on their performance and price. I was very presently surprised when Tom asked about my household needs (number of people/ loads done per week, etc). After listening to me he suggested two washing machines and both were on my original list! He didn't try to sell the most expensive machine!

I had ordered my kitchen refrigerator the store model was stainless steel and I wanted mine in white so the store associate ordered it and had it delivered. When it arrived I checked it out for dings and things everything looked great, but when I finally installed it I noticed that it didn't have the bottom ice maker, so I took my receipt with me and told Diane. She helped me get the right person to talk to, John back in the appliance department made sure I got the right one ordered, they picked the old one and delivered the new one on the same day. Thanks for being a great team.

Diana (Cashier, store 6646) who works returns and online pickup was the best cashier I have ever met. Great service, nice, patient, outstanding employee.

I usually don't fill out these surveys but I would like to give Eric Neil in garden special recognition for an awesome experience. Not only did he walk me all the way to the product I was looking for (which seemed like a mile away) but when he discovered inadequate merchandise on the shelf, rather than send me to another store for what I was looking for, he gave me twice as much as I needed at the same price! Talk about a steal! He answered all my questions and made it an easy and quick purchase. Thanks again Eric! Cheri the cashier was too, very helpful and friendly!

Went to the internet to check availability of items needed at your Huntington Beach store on Warner Ave. Your associate Mr.Jose Garcia(Dept 27-Electrical) met me in the electrical dept without having to search the other depts. Although one of the specific items was no longer carried or stocked Mr. Garcia was quick to point out that the item I needed was merely improved and the style changed some but that the usage was the same. (He seemed to know “His Trade”. I wouldn't have known and would have tried 'Lowes' to find the item. Despite my hurry Mr. Garcia was prompt, very cordial, and PATIENT with me.. I was impressed that he knew exactly where the items of interest to me were located in his department with out the sometimes hesitation of several other employees in the past.

Only needed to visit the paint desk during this visit. I had a couple of questions regarding a recent paint application and how to address the problem. The gentleman was knowledgeable and helpful and very pleasant.

This store does actually stand out on cleanliness and helpfulness compared to others. As a Handyman I've seen all of them in this area, I know this by experience.

I needed help with a purchase of plastic bezel to cover a skylight opening. I had broken 2 of these before I sought help. The person who helped me showed me that there was a knife right beside the plastic bezels (sheets of plastic) that was specially meant to cut the plastic. Third time was the charm. This is among a number of pleasant experience while shopping at my Home Depot.

I am a Property Manager here in Huntington Beach. We are doing renovations on all of out units (over 70) and consequently I'm at the Warner/Golden West location almost daily. The staff (especially the Pro Desk) are absolutely fantastic. All the questions I have, any special orders, or assistance to whatever degree needed is met by helpful Associates. If someone does not have the answer they will immediately call for help. Thank you very much! See you tomorrow

The cashier Jake was more interested in reading the text messages on his cell phone than helping me and answering my question.

I had a great experience today. Found everything I needed for my project, not always the case, encountered friendly sales people throughout the store.

The store is kept in excellent condition and I always find what I want. I am always greeted by name and have had associates introduce themselves if I have not met them. When I need help it is always available .The associates on the floor and at the Pro Desk and Return Desk are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to complete the transaction. The quality of items is a good reason to shop at Home Depot; they even meet competitors prices!

Most everyone in the Garden Dept. are very nice, very helpful. That said you have a gentleman that I have encountered several times in the store, is so rude it is unbelievable that he still works with the public, or still has his position.

After visiting online the Home Depot (HD) website, I printed the item I wanted and headed to the store. The printout stated this item was IN the store and gave identifying numbers. After searching for the item and not finding it, I tried to find an Associate. There was no one in the Lighting area. I went to another area and asked if they could send someone to Lighting. There may be only one person for the entire area? Not sure. An Associate eventually came to help. I showed her the printout. We searched the aisle that was most likely. Another Associate came by to assist and began moving items out of the aisle and BINGO -- we found the correct item. This took an hour or more.

My husband and I always have a great experience at this location. However our last visit was exceptional due to Brad Litchfield. He went above and beyond what his job entails. He was extremely knowledgable, helpful, patient, and friendly. He truly exemplifies what a Home Depot employee should be. Because of our experience we would recommend this store to anyone!

Jake and Milton made me feel as though I was in a family owned hardware store in the mid west. They were so kind and helpful and went out of there way to make sure I got everything I needed. So professional and personable which most corporate ran businesses lack. Great job guys!! And great job to whom ever hired them

Found products, used electronic cashier, easy and fast

HD beat Pacific Sales prices significantly on all appliances where I was able to match product. In several cases I was able to find a comparable product at a much lower price. Buying all my appliances at HD entitled me to join their pro team saving me an additional 10%. Pacific Sales was only able to beat HD on floor models, however, HD did not carry some of the hirer end items. The biggest advantage to HD is their website, it rocks! Helped me to find and investigate products, giving me a good idea of what I wanted before running around to every store in town. Overall, do your homework, check a few places, get an idea on pricing, then buy from HD.

Helpful service and product was just as advertised.
