During the Christmas break, my daughter and I went to Home Depot to spend the gift card I received for Christmas from her grandpa. She was very excited to shop with dad at the “Big Boy Store” (Home Depot) should have ser the smile on her face. I wanted to buy turf for my DIY golf simulator garage project. Mr. Higgins saw that I did not have enough money to satisfy my entire square footage and just gave a remnant piece free of charge and that solved my issue. He did not have to do that my daughter and I really appreciate it. On the way home to install the turf. My daughter was so excited about the experience she told everyone how nice Mr Higgins was to us.

Customer service is always helpful and go out of their way to make your visit a pleasure.

I tried to buy a clearance dishwasher that was on the floor with a for sale sign. I went to purchase it and was told by tow employees that Home Depot will not deliver ot install clearance items. I was told it I want the dishwasher I had to haul it away myself. I offered to pay for delivery and installation. I was told not only could Home Depot not deliver they could not recommend anyone that could. Home Depot in my opinion should not sell clearance items if they refuse to service them . This is very discriminating to women

Manager was just awesome as was the supervisor. It is really nice to have good customer service when it is rare in today’s world.

The guy that retrieves the carts from the parking lot is FABULOUS - he is the hardest working guy on the property

In the process of remodeling my house I purchased the wrong size fixture. Had to return the door, they were open early and greased the skids on returns with a receipt. The correct door was in stock and cost a lot less. The entire process took less than Five minutes. Return/Receipt get the new door in and out, cool..

We stopped in to check out the spring plants and were very impressed by the enhancements they have made to the garden area - so clean, organized, and the new displays look nice! Everything was well organized and given they have a small space (compared to other stores), they had a big selection and quality looking plants and flowers! The cashier was helpful, polite, and professional - thank you! We will be back!

I purchased something online with a delivery. A third-party delivered the wrong item twice in one day. The store manager, Candyce wanted to make things good and she had one of her own store members to personally deliver the item since it was critical.

I initially faced significant frustration trying to place an order online, encountering several challenges that left me disheartened. Determined to resolve the issue, I decided to call my local store. From the moment I spoke with Tesla, a manager at the store, I felt understood and supported. Tesla listened attentively to my concerns and assured me the team would assist me in-store to complete my order. When I arrived, Carrie went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and efficient in assisting me with my large order. Her professionalism and willingness to ensure everything was handled correctly made a stressful situation much more manageable. Hailey, another manager on duty, also played a pivotal role in ensuring my order was successfully placed. She stepped in with additional assistance and exemplified the same dedication and customer-first attitude as her colleagues. Tesla, Carrie, and Hailey exemplified what exceptional customer service should look like. Their collective effort not only resolved my issue but also left me feeling valued and appreciated as a customer.

If you have a return it goes pretty easy and you can get the right product

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Checkout is always quick and efficient. The products I want and need are usually in stock or, if not, available online for quick delivery to home or store

So glad I bought the LG microwave! It’s sleek and quiet the delivery was on time and Corey did a great job on the install.

This store has the absolute BEST EMPLOYEES, they listen to what you need, try to save you money in solving your challenge and even ask you to come back and let them know how it all worked out. (James, Ricardo,Alex and Kyle). They take responsibility and pride in their position at Home Depot. I love this store. It makes me feel like I live in a small town and they genuinely care about me. I visit there at least every other day and know a lot of the employees by name, but what is amazing is they remember mine! Everyone from the Supervisor in lumber, James who helped me create the plans and pick out the wood for a raised bed to grow my garden. to the cheerful cashier Sara who greets me by name. When I bring my grandson to the monthly kids event... I can't wait to introduce my little guy to all my friends. My homedepot feels like family and I don't want to forget Joey who is always ready to help carry out my purchases to my truck. I LOVE THIS STORE AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES IN IT!!

Received great customer service from Cee!!! She was most helpful and settled a small pricing issue that had occurred on a tool purchase. She did it without question and in a most professional manner. She is quite the asset for this store and they should be thankful that she chooses to work there. Thanks Cee!!

In store stock availability can be a problem shopping on-line. You can't buy it though it will likely be available in w few days.

I bought paint and customer service was excellent

I spend a great deal of time in the big box home improvement stores due to the nature of my work and the time I spend on my home. More often than not, it is difficult to find a person to help when we need it, and when we find a person, they are too busy to take the time to assist or act like I am interfering with their work. This was a different experience altogether. Recently out pathway lights around our house had been damaged and were in need of replacement. We were trying to find something that was better than what we had but at a cost we could afford. We went to our local HD to find something that would fit our needs. We found something that we liked at that store, that was on clearance, They had none in stock, and they informed us that there we some available at the this location. It was out of our way, but we thought worth the effort to go and see what they had. We got to the store and found none of the items in the normal display area. We saw Jacoby working close by and asked him if he knew where the items might be. He took the information that I had highlighted in the app and looked it up. He couldn't find it in his device. However, when I told him that the items were a clearance item, he told me that they could be in other locations in the store. He took the time to walk me to every location that he could think of, and we could not find them at any of them. When we thought that maybe they were all sold. I remembered the slip that was handed to me at the other location that had a bar code on it. He scanned it he knew exactly where the merchandise was. It was in lighting, but not anywhere we would have thought to look. He also made sure that he got every one of the items that we needed requiring them to get the lift in order to reach the other units and go to other isles that they were located at. Jacoby got the assistance of another associate Ranay and she assisted by using the lift to get the items off of the top of the isles. Jacoby also went throughout the store to see if there were any others that were located elsewhere. Overall even had they not found any of the lights we were looking for. The service was above and beyond. The entire store did a great job from the time we entered to the check out. I greatly appreciate everything. Thanks .

My refrigerator broke and I had just come from getting out the frozen items that I could save after the repair person told me it was not an issue he could fix. I went to Home Depot to look, but not happy that I had to. The salesman was very kind to me and saved the day.
