I’m renovating my condo. Painting, adding stone accent wall, crown molding etc. I was fortunate enough to ask an associate by the name Norm for help. He was wonderful. Helpful, efficient, professional..in fact every associate we worked with was happy to help .. literally I’ve never experienced such attentive personnel .

Was able to complete my home project on Easter due to the fact the store was open, very grateful.

I love my beach store, always friendly and helpful. :) Hayden was the best, he helped me open up a credit card and offered a discount for my purchase. I was very HAPPY!

Tessla the assistant manager and Charis a clerk at the customer service desk both went out of their way to assist us when we were wanting to place an order in the store. They went above and beyond the call of duty and my husband and I couldn’t be happier! Kudos ladies!

Everyone was friendly and helpful

We were very surprised and pleased by the number of employees that asked us if we needed assistance while shopping. There was one particular female employee that took the time to advise us of a sale on air filters and stayed and helped us locate the size we needed. She was so helpful!

Love that there are always a nice variety of healthy vegetable plants to choose from.

Happy to take care of home items needed

This store is convenient but limited on supplies. Parking is tight and not very good in proximity to any of the entrances. The contractor truck parking is NOT wide enough for a pick up truck. The store cleanliness is in need of help. The concrete floor is cleaned but shelves and in between stacks is filthy.

I just purchased outdoor shades. The quality of in-store help was fantastic. The installer was also great.

I purchased a washer and dryer on June 1st at the beaches Home Depot. Dawne Glass helped me pick out what I wanted and asked the right questions so that I would have the best w & d for my household. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and I plan to always go to her when I shop at Home Depot which is often. Highly recommended!

The Nexgrill is among the best I have ever owned over the past 40+ years, heats up quickly and the SS grill lasts

This was the rare store where employees would ask if they could help you. Very friendly, especially in the appliance area.

The customer service associate in the self check out line at the Jax beach location that was working around 5pm on Saturday Feb 19th 2022, was absolutely amazing. She was so personable with my 4 year old girl and went out her way to make sure she felt part of the transaction. She even asked her what she was going to name her night light that we just bought her. She did a great job with the interaction with a little girl that was in a great big adult home improvement store. She deserves a paise raise and should be the one training others on what customer service looks like.

As a disabled vet I was proud to show my Military ID. Now Home Depot no longer excepts that. It's very sad

Store's rental box truck was taken out of service and has yet to be replaced.

I bought an lg fridge a few months ago. It did not make ice. They ordered another one for me. I had bought the floor model . Because I did not have a working fridge . They allowed me to keep the new one until the one they ordered came in .? It was only 2 years old and near top of line . I did not buy from Home Depot which I regretted. Their service is amazing . The manager of appliance personally delivered since it came from store. I own a few properties and I will always use Home Depot because of follow up service .

Needed plumbing supples, outdoor solar lights, good glue and outdoor stain……no problem, many choices!

On two separate occasions, with two different floor personnel helped me find what I was looking for. They walked me to the items and showed me the options in the items.

Dont try and use these coupons what a JOKE! They do not work. They tell you they are not valid.

Shivery is not dead at store 6974, everyone who saw me in the isle ask me can I help you! One person stop what they was doing and walked me over to the isle I need it to be. Love it. Customer service!

Great store better staff.

The service at this Home Depot is fantastic! We have just moved to the area and our new place needs some work, so we visit this store regularly. Christy in the blinds department was so personable, kind, and thorough. Her advice and followup made this process so easy. Yesterday, we had an appointment with Ranay in millwork. Ranay allowed us the opportunity to schedule our door consultation in advance and was extremely helpful in assisting us throughout the selection process, answering all of our numerous questions about the installation process. The employees at this store are kind, thorough, and so informative - shopping at this Home Depot has consistently been a positive experience!
