I bought some pieces of hardwood from your store and when I asked for a veterans discount, which I have always received as a regular customer, I was told it is only on select items. It did not sound right to me.

I was performing my first project that required nail gun (tool rental center) and purchase of specialty finishing brads. Dave in the tool rental center was extremely helpful in teaching me how to use the tool safely and guiding me through the rental agreements. The floor associates were very knowledgeable in helping me find the exact supplies I needed for the rest of the project.

Buying a refridgerator under pressure was made remarkably easier by Fraya, the appliance rep., who exhibited patience, knowledge, and professionalism beyond expectation. Returned to the store after visits to two other outlets, and after deciding that it was worth buying in person to give her the credit, rather than online. She earned it.

Jim goes above and beyond to help with all our plumbing related questions and tasks. He is one of the primary reasons why I shop at KOP home depot.

We purchased replacement lights for our kitchen. The salesperson Bill was very helpful.

For small simple liw cost repairs the store has limited but useful chouces. Stay away from large scale projects especially windows or flooring. Used HD install services and the installers were inexperienced and did not use drop cloths. They left property damaged and hsd no respect for home property. No one in management would help rectify damage. I had no time for lawyers and courts so this advice us all i can do. Fyi their installers showed up with “Liwes” on their pili shirts. Also spike only foreign language.

Brought a freezer and dryer in January, noticed that the dryer was not working as well as I would have expected. On review by GE service technician, the dryer was noted to be dented at the back where it had been dropped. The sensor was broken and the bearing in the drum was broken. Home Depot is refusing to provide a replacement as it outside 48hours of purchase, despite clear evidence that they sold and installed a faulty machine. I will no longer buy from Home Depot

I did some shopping online and got only partial orders delivered but the rest of the items did not come for weeks and called them to find out what was going. I was told that they are going to send me the missing item and I should have it within next two days but unfortunately I didn’t get that delivery either. I went to this location in person and explained to the customer service representative, she was able to find out my order, the item never left the warehouse, it shows a shipping label has been created. Anyway, she issued a refund since they did not have the exact item in stock at that location. I got a similar one and bought it again.

I was shopping and came across an item that is usually out of my price range. it said it was originally $800, marked down to 400, which I had to stop and look at. I used the HD app and looked up product and found that the actual original price was not 800, but 700 making the price reduction seem larger. I've seen this before here so that day I went around to the other clearance items and most (all but one) the "original price" on the yellow sticker was more that what the app said it costs. THAT'S NOT RIGHT! PS. I used rounded numbers above for the outdoor grill. I still did not buy it and it makes me question the honesty of all yellow tag items--like they're trying to fool their shoppers into thinking they got a better deal than they actually did.

Every time I’ve needed help on any of my requests for a myriad of jobs, the staff does everything they can to listen and help me figure out the best (if at all) possible solution. And let me tell you, there have been some weird ones. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and available. There’s store almost always is stocked with the products I need. If not, they will get it for you. I’ve never walked out of there frustrated. It’s easy to find people to help you (unlike many other locations). Seriously, the place is clean, well stocked, and easy to get in and out of. It’s my go to location. Outstanding job KOP!

Whenever I have a plumbing challenge, Jim in plumbing is my go-to person. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had a plumbing situation I was trying to solve and called Jim in plumbing. As usual, he had a solution and told me to come in and he would have it ready for me. I told him I would be there in an hour. I got to the store 2 hours later and Jim was waiting for me. He waited to take his lunch (which was one hour past of when he was planning to take it) until I arrived. I truly appreciate Jim's commitment to his customers. Jim is a huge asset to Home Depot in King of Prussia and when I have a plumbing challenge I will always go see Jim (no matter how far I have to drive).

I received advice from 2 staff that not only helped me with my selection of a faucet but also informed my choice of LED lightbulbs.

The customer service team is outstanding. Three representatives went beyond the call of duty on a Sunday afternoon to correct an internet order where the manufacturer shipped the wrong item. They got the order corrected and with no questions asked. Great customer support all around!

We had several very helpful employees and also a customer too.Bruce made it soooo easy and was sooo helpful as we would still be trying to find the few items we needed.

Stood in line 5 minutes trying to get the app to load. Forfeited the discount because a line was forming behind me. Other retailers use a phone number and a scan of a photo ID. Why isn’t this standard

I needed to buy paints and match them to specific colors on my ceiling, walls and molding. With just a small piece from each area, I was able to get a perfect match. And the staff there was very helpful.

I went to Home Depot to return an item and purchase some new things. The employee at the return desk was so patient and kind. Super friendly also! Then, while searching for my sand polymer, 2 employees helped me find it and carry it. Sand polymer is heavy! The check out employee in the garden shop was so nice! It was a great Home Depot experience!

I had a great experience today at the King of Prussia Home Depot. After dealing for weeks with a computer glitch that was not letting us use the Extra Pro 10% coupons, Rashan spent the time to make sure we received the proper money back. Corporate failed at this with multiple phone calls, but Rashan came through! All on Easter Sunday - well done sir.

Valerie and Michele were extremely helpful in the purchases I made.
