I was purchasing plants, customer in front of me was taking a very long time, cashier directed me to self-checkout, and I went as I thought there was a problem. Instead, cashier finished up with challenging customer and moved on to another, not asking if I wanted assistance nor offering to check out my items. Not sure why you bother having anyone work here, I got absolutely NO assistance from anyone who is paid to assist customers.

REPLACING MY WATERHEATER WAS SIMPLE

Recently visited to purchase a large piece of plywood. An employee from Landscaping (the other side of the large store) came to cut it for me so I could get it into my car. He was friendly, polite and efficient.

Was able to find 2 of 3 items fairly easily, but the lady who told me that no adapter was required for the small hex wrench to attach to the 1/4-inch hex bit had NO idea what she was talking about. Good thing I had a spare connecting adapter at home!

Your molding prices way to high it’s criminal

After an appliance purchase the price dropped within the timeframe for adjustment. I talked with a rep and supervisor, and they worked really hard to find a solution. While they couldn’t resolve that day, they flagged the issue and were able to resolve the following Monday without me needing to come back in. Really appreciated how much they cared about making it right.

One can walk many miles and circles finding specific items in DIY stores. These associates helped me hone in on the product locations

Absolutely great staff members. Noah, from the plumbing department, was very knowledgeable and friendly when I asked for his help in finding plumbing pieces I needed to complete a project. I couldn’t of been happier with my experience. Maxwell, the cashier, was also extremely friendly and helped me check out a complicated order.

I’ve been shopping at the king of Prussia store for over 15 years and have spent in excess of $35,000. For the most part my experience has been both pleasant and positive. One most important aspect is the customer friendly effort to correct errors and or mistakes. Managers and sales personnel have always been friendly, personable and responsive often going above and beyond to resolve concerns. As a veteran, I also especially appreciate the 10% discount Even though it is clearly a “Big Box” store, I’ve often experienced what I would consider a personal touch. With Appreciation. EWhigham

King of Prussia store. Outstanding. I hardly even know how to operate a screwdriver. So I had trepidation when my plumber friend told me to go to Home Depot to buy some parts he would need for a small plumbing job he was to do for me later that day. I only had the names of things....but didn't have a clue abou those. Anyway, the employee who helped me, Jim (a.k.a. "Hollywood") was fantastic He had a good sense of humor. He was quite knowledgable about the products and everything I would need for the job(s) I described to him. He quickly found what my plumber told to to pick up...Then he spent about another 15 minutes with me searching for another few items I would need for another small job I described to him. He didn't oversell....but gave me applicable options on desired items. Jim was great. Without an employee like him to help me out....I would have been very frustrated. Thank you Jim and Home Depot. P.s. My comfort level has been driven sky high knowing they have staff like Jim.

Incompetent The people that were supposed to be helping me with my order are incompetent I had to call this Home Depot every other day for 6 straight weeks for updates on my order which no one knew anything about. It became a joke that i finally decided to deal with the manufacture of the door company directly instead of trying to talk to anyone at Home Depot. At least they were more helpful Home Depot will not return your calls Home Depot will not try to answer your questions. Incompetent
