I both this husky flashlight 1 year ago and it was very nice quality so that’s why I stop by at home depot to purchase and I found the better one that I got

This store is well stocked, well organized, and has a very friendly and helpful team. Best visit I have ever had at a home depot. Great customer service from everyone I interacted with (it was 4 employees and they were all awesome).

I quickly and easily returned an item I purchased two months ago online that didn't work. No muss no fuss. I was then free to browse in the store for other need-to-get items, where staff helpfully directed me to the aisle I needed with a smile. In and out quickly. Thank you!

went there to look at shower doors. Compared to few years ago, prices are out of control. Plus there is now an underhanded practice of selling a single shower door as 3 separate products - 1) glass panels, 2) rails and 3) handles - each priced at outrageous prices. Obviously this is no where near the cost to manufacture. You can buy a used car for the same price!

Each time I’ve shopped the Lander store the customer service has been top notch!!!!!

The team there is awesome. I had employees spend significant time with me in almost every single section of the store. As a novice DIYer I would strongly recommend this store.

The staff was friendly-ish. Most of the staff wore face masks, which makes me uncomfortable. They still showed me where the paver pads were though. It almost seemed like the bare minimum standard is the culture here.

Iam so disappointed in this store, if you don't have your credit card with you, but I'd and other forms of id.you can't charge.. because they can't find your account, or help you in any way... so don't bother ... they will find out you have a account, but that's it, they say they can't find it.. so your just out of luck... try a different home depot, they can help you.

New high-end stove was delivered to a tenant who made the simple gas installation he reported that the delivery and take away was excellent.

I found Home Depot very convenient for shopping gardening supplies and the prices are very competitive compared to Loews. I also appreciate the perks from my purchases using Home Depot XPro credit card.

This store manager went above and beyond to help me get an oversize/heavy item and then took it and loaded it into my car! Such great customer service! I'm an older female that would have struggled on my own.

Kudos to Home Depot's kitchen cabinet department. Jerry's product knowledge and design aptitude made the process of designing a kitchen seem simple. Jerry provided lots of options and problem solutions. He also kept my budget constraints top of mind. I was very happy with service.

I will go back to this store because of the people who work there. They were beyond helpful and thought of helpful questions I didn’t even know to ask.

I have no complaints about management at this store. It is a great place to work whether or not you are someone who loves to slack off.

I live some distance from this particular store, and a friend and I were just going to make a quick stop in the garden department, but it was so well stocked and employees were so friendly that we stayed much longer than we originally planned, and left happily with many wonderful garden plants!

My mom and I went to buy large pots for our container gardening and some mulch. The pots we wanted were up high on a pallet and Danny had pallets in that aisle moved and brought down the pallet with the product we wanted. Donovan was also very helpful in answering questions and helping us find the things we wanted. Both men were very friendly and gave us the time we needed to get our questions answered.

Best customer service I’ve ever received at a Home Depot. I’ve been shopping this store for years, but this is the first time I’ve had an employee be so friendly and helpful! Sean was knowledgeable and courteous as we searched for the appropriate lightbulbs for our new chandelier. Great experience overall.

Every employee was with a very nice actitud and they offer help to help me to find all my items

One of the manager and the employee did not understand the cut lumber rules. It is 2 free cuts per piece of lumber, however they said it is 2 free cuts per person instead of per piece of lumber. I had to argue and get 2 different managers out who disagreed on the policy until they finally let me utilize the 2 free cuts of lumber instead of 2 free cuts per person. After i brought up the wiki pages about the lumber policy. All the signage at cashier and cut stations should be updated. Thank you.

Ty was a great help to helping me find my Christmas tree base when others didn’t really seem to care

We were after a new vacuum cleaner (I know--so exciting!) and had had an irritating experience with Target earlier in the day. The Home Depot on Lander was so much better! They a) answered their phone and confirmed they had the item in stock--and even told us the aisle number for it, b) had an employee standing right next to the vacuums who c) unlocked the case and handed over the item, d) checkout was instantaneous and quick with an efficient woman ringing us up, accepting that we didn't want to apply for a Home Depot card and thanking us for our business. Total time in the store was well under ten minutes and that included pausing to look at refrigerators between one point and the next. The store is pretty convenient to a bus stop too.

Our company spends 300k per year at Home Depot. We find the app to be very helpful, as well as all the nice store associates. They are all so helpful!!
