I've been coming here for years and always appreciate the excellent customer service that I receive when I shop there.

The employees at this store are very knowledgeable and friendly. Today I participated in a container gardening workshop. Steve and Paula were so helpful; they gave me so many tips and advice to keep my garden healthy and happy. Thank you.

I like this Home Depot--staff is knowledgeable and willing to share how-to tips and techniques. Mark in Paint gave me tips to make a successful painting job. Bob in Electrical taught me how to wire up my 240 v. hot tub--I did it myself, got a city permit, and a great compliment from the city inspector: "Not bad for an amateur". Unlike other big box home centers, the staff here never makes excuses (like "well, I didn't make the map of the store") or say it's not there department.

Excellent customer and technical service, I would definitively recommend this store, especially the plumbing section.

I work close to this Home Depot, and stop in every once in a while to grab this or that. Recently however, I made a pit stop to stock up on plants. The experience I had in the garden department was excellent--so excellent in fact, that I will likely be frequenting this store much more often. If you are in need of advice on what to plant, where to plant it and etc., I highly recommend this store location. If you're lucky, Paula will be working--she's incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

This is an inter-city store. I appreciate the SPD visibility. I makes it a safer shopping exp. Most staff are well seasoned and offer adequate assistance. Their mobile digital assistance helps too. Stock availability combined with on line ordering will call are good

Things are easy to find, the garden center, tool rental desk and lumber cutting staff are all very helpful and I've been impressed with someone in each department the various times I've gone. Really great

Excellent variety and quality of products I was looking for - in this case Pathway Lighting. Very helpful/knowledgeable person assisted in my finding and selecting the right one for my purpose - and it was on sale. I installed said lighting fixtures, and my wife is delighted. Thank you Home Depot

Best Home Depot of them all. All of the associates are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Need help? Ask Paula in Paint/Garden, Moe in Electrical or Marty and Karl in Plumbing. Their customer service desk with Alexandra at the helm is friendly and they do whatever they can to help you. Everything is well-stocked and easy to find. Five star store!

The Home Depot on Lander is a nice store to shop. It is poorly staffed, but the staff they do have is very friendly. Like ALL retailers, the staff is poorly trained so one cannot expect them to know too much. I recommend buying from Home Depot, just do you own research before heading in. And the store experience is much better than online!

We have had an excellent experience at this store. We started out with Jerry Heniff in Kitchen and Bath design some months ago and Jerry has patiently taken us through the entire kitchen remodel process, from layout to cabinet stain color and everything in between. He is the consummate professional and extremely patient to have guided us through so many meetings (due to changes on our part). At the same time we have interacted with many Home Depot employees from Wade in paint to Junior & Al in Hardware, Joseph in smart home products, Sunny in returns and a myriad of other employees who have taken wonderful care of us. While I had hoped to never be involved in a another home remodel as long as I lived, the folks at the Lander store have been top notch and very knowledgeable.

All of the employees I spoke to were very helpful. The Pro Desk was especially helpful who helped me place an order for 60 LED recessed ceiling lights that homedepot.com would only allow me to purchase 10. They arranged to have the items shipped to the store. Upon arrival at the store, they delivered the items to Alaska Marine Lines for the 750 mile barge trip to the remote Alaskan island on which we live. Great service!

There weren't some basic wallpaper supplies in-store, only on home Depot online. We were disappointed at first but Robert didn't stop helping us till we found something very similar to what we were looking for. That made our experience nice and we got what we needed.

Best of all Home Depot stores and we go to a lot of them! Extremely knowledgeable associates who have been at the store for a long time. There is happiness and camaraderie which makes for an extremely pleasant shopping experience. We hope this continues. These associates and all support staff strive and achieve excellence. We appreciate all the help they have given us for many years. Bravo!

I feel lucky to have this Home Depot in our neighborhood. The employees here are not just helpful they seem to possess knowledge on the items they are selling.

This store is always very clean, well stocked, and the personnel are knowledgeable, cheerful, and helpful. I have been shopping here for many years, and highly recommend this store in particular (even though they face stiff competition from my local hardware store, which is much closer). I always find what I am looking for easily even if not always by myself (i.e. I might have to ask where an item is). When I need assistance, I get it (for example, once something I needed was only to be found way up high above the customer accessible floor, so an employee had to get a “cherry picker” lift to get it from up high). Five stars!

Always have a good experience when shopping at the Lander store. I shop there several times a month. Good help and friendly checkers.

We buy a lot of products in this particular branch, but it's annoying when you buy something on line to get picked up (supposed is in stock) and then after 3-4 hours you just got a text with the cancellation order. ( Happened to me 3 times in the last month). They said that they tried to call me and sent me an email (that's not true) they just send me text saying "your order had been cancelled). I can understand that once in a while an error with the inventory could happen, but this is a pattern of been cancelling the orders without the proper notification to the costumer.
