Stay away from cashier QUOC he will likely look down on your while try to charge you more than it should!

New guy Chris shouldn’t have been hired. Ignored us and then just cut our wood after we told him 8 ft and he explains he didn’t measure it. It’s 6 ft. Then manager Eric is disinterested in addressing the problem, doesn’t even offer to recut. This is normal for this store though. Isles are blocked and you can’t get through. Shop at your own risk.

Ms. Paula in lawn and gardening makes coming to this Home Depot the best experience for plant people in the city. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. If your looking for great plants for your home that will work perfect for your place go see Ms. Paula

Nat was amazing! He saw us struggling and came over to offer assistance. He is very knowledgeable and shows you what you need. He also explained to us the different of the tools (as we don’t much about home improvement or tools we need). He even opened the tool up to confirm it would unscrew our security screw. He is amazing!

The store is convienent to downtown including a bus stop a half block away. The employees are always friendly and they have several that used to be general contractors or worked in construction. This gives them the ability to make sure you get all the correct parts for your project or help point you to the right refrences for that. They have many times made sure I got things I would have forgotten or didn't even know I needed so I did not have to make multiple trips. The only downside is that they do not have much in the way of small home appliances like other Home Depot stores. No hot plates, blenders, coffee makers and such. Since they are close to downtown where everyone lives in apartments I would think they would have those things. Those are also the type of things you would use in a construction site office/brake room which there are a lot of in downtown right now.

This store is laid out well, with well labeled aisles making it easy to find what you need. The employees are plentiful, easy to find, and very helpful and professional. I had no idea how to do the project I was tackling so I was very grateful for Kyle, who helped me immensely. This store is well located, easy to find, and has plenty of parking and easy access to 99 and I-5.

Great experience at the store where I needed help locating a item in the store. Not aware the app had aisle details with the products and the HD employee was very polite and gently nudged me in that direction and demo's the features for me! Thanks!

This location has always been able to provide personal assistance for any of my home and non-home boat projects that require experience and some ingenuity.

Though I had an one time positive experience with one of your reps, named PETER, it appears to've been a fluke. After Peter, I had a 2nd encounter with a BRUCE, who took my order. After that, it's become ANOTHER NIGHTMARE, of increasing price changes, with your 2nd n 3rd party service providers. WHO don't really provide service!! It's ALL about, how much 'bank' THEY can squeeze out of this transaction!!

I came in looking for Clothes Moths killing products. I asked someone to help me, his name is Gabe Roblin. He took me to the products for killing Clothes Moths, and as I was looking at the various products and directions there was one product that the print was way too small for this 48 yr old man who needs his reading glasses to read such small print on such a label. I chuckled and asked if he could read the label for me, it was way to small of print. He said no problem and read the directions for me. I was able to make a decision on the product he'd read the label of and purchase. I super appreciate his assistance, having to carry reading glasses all the time just doesn't always happen. Thanks for the great assistance Gabe! Keep up the great work!

The store had really great customer service

This store installed a defective Whirlpool WFW5620HW washing machine at my house. It "worked" enough for me to sign off on it, now gets stuck with 16 minutes left and tries to burn out the spin motor which then requires a breaker-flip or unplug-plug to reset the machine. Trying to reach customer service is difficult and I assume this little nightmare is nowhere close to over.

Home Depot is the place to go for home projects. Whether it's small or big, inside or in the yard, Home Depot has what you need. The salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don't have an answer to your question they will find someone who does. The products and service are top of the line!

The young man helping me asked if I needed help loading my car. It’s never happened to me before at Home Depot. It’s the little things.

If you are in the market for solid surface counter-tops, give this Home Depot a try. The selection is good, the pricing approach very reasonable (you only pay for what you install, not unused portions of slabs), and best of all, the in-store designer is the best. Jerry knows his craft, is friendly and helpful, and makes the entire selection and ordering process so easy. Home Depot works with Precision Fabricators, which also provides superior installation services. We are repeat customers. We tried other shops before, but won't shop any where else now.
