I use this store on a regular basis and it is never to busy and the associates are always willing to help. The store is clean and clear aisles. My favorite place is the garden dept, but I also pick up a lot of cleaning supplies.

The staff are very helpful at this store. My cashier Cherry was working self check and still took the time to notice that the product I was buying was damaged. This level of caring is what makes Cherry a great employee. I hope that you appreciate her positive attitude and playful spirit, I certainly do.

The guys in plumbing were AMAZINGLY helpful. Thank you both.

I was pleased with the offer of help from staff in locating products. I received help and directions from 6-different employees. Cashier was immediately available and friendly upon checkout.

From the tool corral to the cash register, I was in and out without delay. And yes I was in a hurry. The employees were courteous and patient in spite of my rush. They were awesome. And yes, I did catch my bus on time. Home Depot knows.

Needing a few items, I went to the home depot down the street from my shop. Its the same smiling faces and customer service I have grown accustomed to. This is why I choose this store over the rest. People are knowledgeable and prompt to help and Kerline rocks at her job. I got all my materials with ease and help from the associates there. Overall I will return, as I always do, for anything I might need and will need in the future. Again I would like to point out that the cashier that helped me ROCKS!!! Thanks Kerline!

More than once, an Associate saw me looking for something and asked If I needed assistance. And each time they could tell me (or show me) exactly where to find what I needed. Thanks!

Cashier Tiffany TAJ4864 was very nice and did a great job. The guys who helped me find hog pliers and made my keys was helpful and nice too. The paint guys took their time before getting to me though.

Went to get some keys made. Had 2 associates help me and made keys simultaneously by both employees. Very helpful and great attitudes. No line at check out either. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

I was having hard time finding a paint color that was right for my concrete deck. The associate offered to mix a small sample so I could try it out. I'm happy with the result.

The store is difficult to maneuver carts through as there are so many temp displays.

Shout out to DEAN in the Garden Center for going above and beyond to assist me. Truly a fine example of Customer Service! THANK YOU DEAN!

Had some trouble with a return. Debby came to my rescue made my day! I was hurrying to make it to a doctors appointment and I would have never made it without her. Thank you Debby!

I was assisted by Debby who is friendly, helpful, knowledgable and awesome at her job. It turned a potentially frustrating experience into a pleasant experience. I should be so lucky all the time. Thanks again Debby.

The store was crowded as usual, associates were helpful, stock was good, summer plants were fully stocked, and I was easily able to find what I was looking for.

They went out of their way to open another check stand. Every associate that I talked to was very knowledgeable. Thanks for the service.

The store is clean, the assistant store manager Doug does a really good job ,he was friendly and nice with a good sense of humor. The same floor workers were really polite and friendly as well as being customer oriented and eager to help.The worker Natalie was really polite and helpful, like the other two workers.In other Home Depots you can smell some harsh chemicals,but in this store the air is fresh,and there is no bad smell.Overall I had a good experience.Good job guys!!!

I really appreciate the knowledgable staff at this store, I have literally had a mini training session here when I came in to do some tile work, tool purchase and grouting. I felt that the knowledge the associate shared with me was so helpful and could only come from someone who really knew what they were talking about because they had specialized in that field for years. Thanks for the friendly cashiers also the dog biscuits at check out are an extra bonus for my little Jack Russell who loves coming with me to HD

Several employees helped me find everything I needed, but particularly Michael in paint really helped the most. I think his guidance was great. I explained my projects to him and he took real interest and asked for pictures when it's done. You'll get them.

I had no idea where to start to find the cameras but the greeter sent me to the right aisle, a gentleman was there to help me, I got exactly what I needed and checkout was a breeze considering I also bought 20 garden vegetable plants! It's installed and working all in less than 2 hours! Now to the plants :-)! Thank you Home Depot

If you are looking for paint, ask for Paula at the paint center. She is fantastically helpful for anything in the store, but in particular she is the paint queen.

My path was set to get a few plants for the veggie garden. So I shot over to the local home depot just down the way from the office. There I was met with helpful staff, one after another. Me being a guy always say, " I got this," but always appreciate the offer. After sorting the appropriate veggies for the garden I went to check out. Again created with smiles and the assistance that is always offered. My cashier Deka was on point and friendly. I understand dealing with people all day can be stressful. Deka was unfazed by the days commotion and ready to ring up my purchase and get me to my project, which I appreciated. Over all my experience was great and I will be returning.

I went in to buy wood for shelving, and even though some of the board types I needed were sold out, I got some of what I needed. The associate was able to cut the wood for me, which is very important since I no longer have my own shop equipment, and even though I requested a small length he was able to do it. It is great to go into a store and not have rude, incapable, or unavailable help.

Pretty much satisfied, had a back order experience wasn't as wonderful as my last one, My original order was cancelled and was re-entered and was told would be the same price, but was slightly more ($35.32).

Paula and the rest of the Paint Dept. are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Paula went out of her way on a busy Tuesday night to help me match the color of a Trex board (not an easy task since it has a textured surface and contains many shades in each board). As a longtime customer and shareholder, I greatly appreciate her customer service and the ethic that she instills in her dept. She's a great hire for Home Depot.
