I was looking for a specialty tool but couldn’t find it. I found a small curved pry bar that did the trick.

Employees spoke and treated me and my dog very kindly. Thank them for me.

Using PVC moulding on a redo of my stairs along with the Behr paint. This was previously carpeted. Wood filler, epoxy putty, coats of primer and paint. Love how it is coming together. Finishing off with some PVC moulding - very easy to work with.

I have been working with Home Depot since April 1st to get measurements, order and install a storm door. Friday evening I made the required deposit through the Virtual Apron. Today I received an email that my order was cancelled!! I called the store, only to have a new employee take my name and phone number and they would call me back. That was 3 this afternoon and I s now after 10 pm.

Best deals just need more option in person at the store instead me looking online and sending to the store

This store is very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy visiting this location.

The product I purchased works great so far as far as anyone helping me find it there were no store associate in the area so I found it by using my Home Depot app.

The duty manager, David, on 12/17/2024 resolved my complaint on the delivery issue and resolved it urgent.

More often than not, when I visit this store and need assistance, there's either no one around, or I'll have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come to the department. Once they get to you, they'll probably have an attitude and may or may not answer your question(s). My suggestion: If you have questions, you'd do better to Google it while you're in the isle, so you won't interrupt or bother the people working there.

Home Depot overall is a good hardware store. The employees at the Laurel store generally aren't very friendly, because they often don't say hello, or don't even look at me as we cross paths. My impresison is that employees don't want to help me when I ask for help. A few employees even appeared to be bothered that I asked for help. Also, this store doesn't rent tools, and the next closet store that does is in Silver Springs. I believe you can still rent a Home Depot truck, which is a nice feature. The ability to order certain items, like appliances & tools, online is a very good feature I used several times with good results.

I love shopping at this location mainly because they have variety of products and the staff are quite helpful. My main issue is the fact they don't always have staff on the floor for certain department to ask questions when needed. My second issue is the limited type of payment. This is not a location specific issue but a company-wide problem. They don't accept virtual use of credit card or afterpay to free up cash for small business owners.

The Laurel location is my go to spot. It’s clean, organized and well stocked. I appreciate all the assistance as well as the swift check out

Home Depot has just about anything you need for any of your DIY projects as well as a vast assortment of hardware and sundry items from lighting to cleaning and gardening or planting. I find the employees at Home Depot much more accomodating than folks at other hardware/garden stores and would recommend Home Depot to anyone who has a home repair or home improvement project they want help with or to seek materials.

Please stop spray painting succulents.

I have elected to stop here instead of a closer Home Depot because these employees are more friendly.

Taking a small task that I needed assistance with & helping me solve the issue, all the way up to the check out line, Juan, the Store Manager was a blessing to me & a rare find of an employee at the Laurel HD Store.

The Officer of security and the employee of Home Depot helped us in so many ways making sure the grill we purchase didn’t have any bent marks, they help to even lift the item into the car. Found out it didn’t fit we rented the car. The security officer pulled a blanket from his trunk so we could lay the grill on the bed of the Home Depot truck we rent to avoid slipping and scratches. My God they were so helpful!!! I brought them some coffee just to say thank once we returned the truck!!!!

The employees I've encounted in my most recent visits, primarily the garden center and customer service, have gone above and beyond. I really appreciated their courtesy and professionalism. I'm very impressed!

Ruby is horrible and so is the big ogre of a security guard. It’s better to buy elsewhere.

The plants at this location doesn’t receive the proper care they need. But, I like the location and the Manager-Cashier Mohammed.

My sister needed blinds and shades for ten windows in her house. Mary, the blind and shade specialist, helped us choose the perfect blinds and corresponding color for each room. Mary explained the entire process from the measuring stage, to the selection and installation stages. She is very knowledgeable about the different blind and shade product lines, such as Bali and Levolor. She was very patient, and answered all our questions. Thank you.

Everybody in that store was so helpful and answered every question. We had great experience.

You both steered me to the right aisles and picked out the six things I needed I. Ten minutes. Saved me an hour !
