Store was clean and had everything I needed, but getting an associate to help is a chore.

Aisles were clean and organized., Pricing was clearly mentioned on the label. Your Planogram program seeming to be good.

There store had everything in place to my finding. Nothing was laying on the floor. The floor was clean and did not have much dust. The items were neatly stacked and the associates i encountered were all knowledge able. i noticed that the associates are always eager to assist and virtually everyone i encountered asked me if i needed help.

We love the Laurel Home Depot and all the wonderful personalities that help us in the store. That's why I shop there. Love the free classes too. Always Learning!!!

I visited the store to fix a leak in my bathroom, The associate who was outside( white male wearing a Ravens Jersey) and assisting another customer greeted me!, during my walk through the store picking up the items I needed, I passed 6 or more associated, not one greeted me or asked if I needed help, one was checking his cell phone, others walked right past me, others were talking with other associates, another was collecting carts! When ever I shop a Lowe's I am greeted several times and asked if I need help!

Associate help me load wood on cart, then again help me load into car, Thanks!

The item I originally wanted to purchase was not in stock. I had to go home a order on-line. I wish that the online checking would have told me if this item were available at the local Home Depot. Would have saved me a trip. I really don't mind ordering on-line but I would have liked to get the item today in the store.

Agent were helpful. All the information I needed to purchase the item was given to me.

Home Depot has outshined its competition. The stores are always clean, packed with great items, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Add to that the fact that I can bring my schnoodle with me when we shop makes this an A+++ destination. I love wandering the aisles to get ideas about decor and products. My son just purchased a home and I did most of the shopping at the Home Depot. The staff is always very friendly, informative and helpful.

The opening, early hours are great to start my day. The store is clean, and well stocked with materials. If they don't have it, they will do all they can do find it elsewhere.

Great experience because of the customer service from the associate who greeted me. He also showed me where the toliets were and helped load it into my car. I was also impressed by the friendly cashier. Her customer service was exceptional, too!

The Home Depot store in my area always has huge quantities of a good variety of quality products, whatever I need, in well organized displays. On my most recent shopping trip, I was looking for bags of water softener salt. I'm happy to say that the huge Home Depot store is teaming with many friendly and helpful associates eager to help with whatever I need. On this trip, Associate Sandra helped me find and select the salt, help me purchase it, and then when I needed help loading the 40 pound bags into my car trunk, she did that, too! This is my usual experience at Home Depot. No other hardware store in the area, big or small, can compare with that excellent level of service. Thanks Home Depot!

The store in Laurel, MD is a very helpful store. I can find CAT6 cable for network installs as well as Moen products for bath and kitchen.

You can say a lot of good things about this story. But, the one thing that sticks out the most for me is the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. There's a "major competitor" right down the street. But, Home Depot gets all of my business and it's because of the staff there. I like to do business with people who treat me like they want to do business with me. Good job, Home Depot.

I visited the store to purchase a truck battery. I was very surprised that The Home Depot carried this item. The store associates from the time I entered the store were helpful till the time I left the store. They could not have been more helpful. Thank you for having such nice people working at this store.

The managers and associates were pleasant with the return of items so that correct items could be picked up. The associates were very responsive to others in line who were waiting while this return transaction was taking place.
