By the time I got off work at 7 pm my tool box was gone

I've had other great contacts with HD reps however this was the best in all my years! I was looking to hookup my dryer line in a more unconventional way. I wish I caught his name, but this guy really took the time to listen and understand what I was doing. He immediately put together the fitting I needed to make things work properly. Many Thanks to this young man🙂

Purchased a new fridge for the house. Our sales associate was very friendly and accommodating of our questions. Meshira was a huge help in securing a quick delivery time too.

Super helpful, kind and professional team at this store.

I left the store and realized that every staff member I walked past said hello, asked if I needed help, or gave me friendly directions. In a day and age where people seem to have lost their sense of community, this stood out because it should be the norm. Merisha in Applicances was particularly helpful and personable.

I buy 1lb propane tanks in the winter months and not once this winter have they run out. Once,the shelf had not been restocked,but an employee got a stair ladder and brought some down for me then restocked the shelf. It didn't take long at all. I was in and out and on my way.

As a female, not completely comfortable going to homedepo . I was given the run around, let’s say I asked 4 people. It’s like no one wants to help or what. The manager helped me so quickly, where the employee should of done that! Customer service is definitely not the greatest here…Madison heights

I was going to buy a new drill driver hammer drill went through all the different models and came over with the Dewalt and your employee was very knowledgeable and did a great job helping me choose the right one

If visiting this HD, look for Tay in the lumber section. He’s the best and he’ll help you get what need and make your experience more positive.

Had a great shopping and learning experience in purchasing a GE Electric dryer. I had spoke with Emanuel 3 different times before making my purchase as I needed to check the type of large 3 or 4 prong wall socket. I was informed of code changes possibly since my last purchase of a dryer. I then had questions of two different models and used that info to later make my decision. Emanuel was there to help me make the selection that made most sense to me. I thank you for his expertice and employing suck a knowledgable expert.

Only store that actually has good customer service with the brand name

I had to add on materials to my order from Madison heights location team work helped me a lot from finding item I was looking for till checkout its amazing experience

I like this location, however yesterday, when I needed help, was told only TWO salespeople were on the floor to help! And they were swamped! Store needs to hire more people!

I have always had better service at The Home Depot. The associates are very knowledgeable of the product location, and help you find them in the store. Much needed help for us seniors.

I bought gutters and bunch of other stuff for my renter. They never run out of thing

I really prefer when stores pay employees. I have to ring myself up and do not receive payment nor a discount for doing so. Also, this store seems to have the twine inside, perhaps to prevent theft but they have it inside of doors that are locked.

After having trouble loading up my purchase, Dray spent over 45 minutes helping me lift my heavy item and partially disassemble it to fit in my car.

I have going To Home Depot for over 30 years and always have had great service.

I had an issue with a gift card. The PIN number wasn’t legible. It appeared to be a printing issue not a scratching issue. The missing pin seemed to render card effectively useless, but Will the store manager was very helpful and understanding of the circumstance. He found a way to confirm the original value of the card and transfer it to another card with a pin. I really appreciate him going to extra mile and trusting the customer (me). Thank you Will!

I am so happy about this store being so close to my house. They almost have everything I need for the right price.

We really like being rang up by a person, even through it seemed like no cashier lanes were open, Alicia assisted us with the checkout process at a U Scan.

Great customer service, we were asked by at least 5 employees if we needed help. Store very clean employees were pulling product forward, picking up empty boxes and cleaning floors. We picked up paint and when a line started other employees came right over without being called.

It would have been a 5 star visit but due to rude associates it became a 1 star visit. And she acted like she did not care that's the sad part.

I needed help to load a bag of concrete. Tim was right there and helped so much. Thank you Tim. I wish more men were like you.
