The cashier (Shantasia) and the supervisor (Nadia) were very kind and helpful and that made my morning feel awesome.

On a Monday night, I wanted to search for a new addition to my home. JAMES saw me struggling to carry the soil, peat moss, pot, and plant. He immediately asked if I wanted help, carried items with me to the cashier, and then offered to help me plant my corn plant. My night went from busy to magical through his act of kindness, thoughtfulness, and humor. Thank you to JAMES and Home Depot for an incredible service experience.

Today I received the best customer service from a lovely cashier named Nikoletta. She was so very kind and helpful with getting my plants into bags. Her courtesy went a long way for me and I really appreciated the quality customer service!!!

I was looking for light bulbs that are discontinued. I almost had to go to the Nuthouse, the 24 hour hardware store on 29th street where they would have been super expensive.. I was so happy to find them at my local HD.

Grace in the garden department, made my day today. She makes me proud to be a New Yorker and know there are courteous individuals that respect you as a human being.

I use Odoban disinfectant to keep all surfaces clean and safe. I also use it in my wash to keep the clothes soft and fresh smelling. I’m so glad they keep it in stock. It’s great for Pandemic cleaning. Not a bad price either. $9.99/gallon.

It's by far the BEST home improvement retailer I've come across- whole store super clean, products kept well organized in shelves or other places, reasonable spaces in between isles, fantastic customer service....u name it all! I visit the garden department often (as compared to others). If u're a lover of plants, u'll understand if I tell u, The Home Depot has very low prices....as least as compared to ALL places I've visited here in Manhattan...and boy, they're beautiful

I was cashing out recently and Bernie the woman with pink hair was so unbelievably rude.

A week ago while checking out a purchase on self-checkout, a young employee came over and seeing my cap with my old US Army Division embroidered on it, asked if I knew about the veteran discount. After telling him no I didn't, he showed me how to register as a vet for future purchases and gave me my 10% discount for my purchase. Nice and thanks.

Don’t rely on the customer service staff at the store placing your order correctly or giving you correct information. They completely messed up my order that I went specially to the store to get help with so I could get a set delivery date. But it turns out that was a lie.

Home Depot needs to cater to people who use public transportation to commute most of the time. You need to sell more vacuum cleaners and dust busters and accessories. More door mats need to be available to sell. More first aid products need to be sold. More fruits and food like lemons or vinegar and baking soda could be sold. Internet access would be good.

The employees are very welcoming and say good morning or good afternoon and ask if they can help you and walk with you to the isle where the products are located. It is a home away from home.

Home Depot has donated to political super packs to influence politics that have effects on average Americans. They are a disgraceful company, But your wares from a small mom and pop shop whenever possible.

You can ask representatives a direct question about a product - and rather admit that that do b not know will lie to your face about knowing what’s inside the package. Anything you buy open in store so you don’t need to travel back for return. Manager was quick to apologize for the misinformation given me - unfortunately I think she has practice apologizing for employees.

This location is my go to store for most items needed for my home. I brought paint numerous times, many plants as well as products for the bathroom. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I think it’s time for a field trip for the employees over to the new location to experience some energetic and refreshing customer service skills first hand! Or maybe just some updated corporate training wouldn’t hurt

I was looking for inexpensive plastic blinds for my kitchen, but they didn't have the required size. The speed and precision with which the employee sliced the corners of the slightly wider blinds to fit my window were impressive. Such good service! Problem solved.

I like this store but a few times while shopping I hear young employees standing around chit chatting using foul language like they are at home. People are shopping and have to listen to the ghetto talk coming out there mouth. You need to better train these young kids as they are representing your store. Leave the foul language for when you get home maybe. I'll still shop here but some of these newer people don't seem to have respect for the customers around them.

I go a lot to this store because I love plants.

This location has a sign on the entrance doors Restroom closed til further notice. This is an example of management disrespecting customers. The tone and the lack of consideration is clear.
