I've bought paint, paint supplies, caulking, floor supplies, etc. at this store. The store associates are either hit or miss. I've had one or two helpful ones but the majority of them walked away without helping me or threw me one sentence and walked away or they've told me they don't know. One associate was standing and there was no customers in the section. When she saw me walking toward her, she quickly began walking away from me.

Eli helped me in plumbing! I was looking to install a washing machine. He showed me all the parts I needed and explained how to set them up. I’d highly recommend this store!

Prices on website are cheaper than prices in store. And they claim they won’t price match to their own site?? Better off ordering pick up it’ll be cheaper. Also staff at checkout was rude

Checkout experience horrible every time I go! 3 ladies standing up from talking about makeup . Customers walking right by them. Not giving any direction at all. Stood there waiting with things in my hand didn’t offer self check out or anything ! Got called to register finally for that experience to be even worse ! This store has gone down hill .

The customer service team helped me throughout the entire lengthy check-out process. Very appreciate it.

This Home Depot on 23rd Street in Manhattan is HUGE. With two floors and more products than you can think of, I was impressed by how quickly and knowledgable the staff was in helping me locate the items I needed to buy. Everyone was friendly, and the air conditioner was running and helped me cool down from a hot day. I'll definitely be going to this Home Depot again.

On my way out of the store 5/18/2024 at 1:35 p.m., a rude female employee loudly yelled at me that I was not to be blocking an area near a wall with my purchases (large, flattened boxes) as I was struggling to tie them to my cart to exit the store. She offered no help and a second female employee joined her in the abusive behavior. I pointed out that I had moved where I was so as NOT to be in the way of traffic going out of the store. It was as if the two employees enjoyed abusing a customer.

THey are only looking for you to do free marketing. Why do they deserve that? Do you give them a good review because the sales person was cute? Of flirtly. Come on, get a grip. They are only useing you.

Excellent service provided at this location. Pleased with products purchased.

I love going to Home Depot because I always find what I need the majority of the time.

I always come to this location for my boss, I would have to say out of this entire store. Maybe one or two people go out of their way to assist me. A gentleman “Eddy” in lighting, and this other elderly lady but I haven’t seen her in a while. Store should hire more people like them, and stop letting homeless people use restrooms with your paying customers and more items on sale.

I BOUGTH SO MANY THINGS IN HOME DEPOT THAT I CANNOT NAME ONE THING THAT I DID NOT LIKE AND THE RETURN POLICY IS EASY AND EXELLENT

I used to love this store! Yesterday’s experience made my visit there a disappointment.

I came to the store to buy three small items to repair my grandkids' toys. Will in Hardware took the time to find the right pieces for me and talk me through how to make sure they worked. It was a very small purchase, but he demonstrated only caring that I got what I needed to get the job done right.

I was greatly surprised by the courteous and helpful employees at this site! Great shopping experience overall!

Eli was a great customer service technician

just nowNEW-Edit Delete Best service from the staff at this location. Anna, despite physical challenges, walked through the store with me to quickly locate needed items. Nicole and James were equally exceptional. Jorge is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. Service was stellar right up to cashier Ricardo. This location is top notch.

I would only recommend this to a coworker I hate. To be fair most of the staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the products and locations of them. Then I approached the wicked witch of winter. When I got to check out the cashier Maresha (who was not friendly ) made no attempt to help process my card that was having trouble… I had to ask. Then she just walked away when I cased out. Didn’t offer me a bag. I chased her down and asked for a bag - the other cashiers were busy. She told me “they not free” I told her I still want one. Since I had 17 times to carry. She told the other cashier and walked away again.

I bought a lovely gardenia plant at the store and was guided through various plant options by an employee by the name of Grace; her advice was very helpful in determining my selection.

Convenient to get to . Also very clean !

The cashier called Nahyomi was great! She packaged my boxes up really well so I could walk home.

This store is terrible! Everything is locked away and there are very few people with keys to unlock or open the areas with the items you need. Customer service is horrible! The poor attitude of the workers is exhausting!

In rehabbing my daughters apt, I have found this location to have some Of the best staff I’ve ever encountered with HD. I’m from Atlanta and have been a long time stock holder and customer of several locations there, but I have been consistently blown away by the service of this location! The staff here have the secret sauce!

I bought here recently and had quite a large amount of material to purchase. They were so kind and helpful, and we got pretty much everything we were looking for!

I had a small $10 issue which just needed a particular type screw. Everyone helped as if my I had a $10,000 project:)

Every visit is worthwhile to Chelsea Home Depot.

My visit to this store was actually fun. The manager Jermaine in the plant department, knows his plants and was both extremely pleasant and kind . Will be back !
