They truly have the best employees in Helen and Tristan as I witnessed them first-hand go above and beyond to assist their customer. Everyone I’ve encountered have been so kind and helpful, patient and professional. Carrie and Deejai were wonderful as well. I don’t regret choosing HD for my small home project, I’m elated and pleased with the amazing customer service I’ve been shown thusfar as I eagerly look forward to the end products once everything is installed. Thank you HD. Highly recommended. The above mentioned employees I trust as they are very knowledgeable and competent in what they do.

I didn't get any help in Electrical or Hardware departments but my experience at the long lines was made it more frustrating but cashier Maria Hernandez calmed me down that it made my day with her customer service, she was thoughtful, happy, funny . All of that made my experience a better one. So please make sure she gets this happy note. You don't find many cashiers with her experience in customer service.

Pretty much always stocked. Much cleaner and organized than the other HD I’ve been to. Highly recommended. Though will be moving to Sherman Oaks, this will most likely remain as my main store. Primarily because of their kind and helpful staff; Helen from the Cabinets Dept being number one.

Hard to find someone to assist us and we had to wait in line for the only one person but if you are in need of any home appliances, we recommend James C to assist you. He took the time to explain all options for the appliance we were waiting for and made our shopping experience better!

Found everything I needed. Got prompt assistance. Store was clean. Friendly and helpful associates.

Great store just need more product in the garden section

HOME DEPOT ON JEFFERSON NEAR THE MARINA ROCKS. ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE AMICABLE AND READY TO ASSIST SHOPPERS LIKE ME. PLUS THEY ANSWERS ALL YOUR QUESTIONS NO MATTER HOW SILLY. THEY'RE QUITE SMART ABOUT THE AREAS THEY WORK IN AS WELL. THANKS HOME DEPOT.

Marina Del Rey Home Depot... I drive out of my way to this store away from the surrounding ones near me because of the services and the available items at hand!

Alicia, our window sales rep was great! She is very knowledgeable and and made the process of purchasing windows for our new home much easier.

Very poor customer service, no one to help you. Call on the phone yesterday 6 times no one answers the phone.

Bad experience with a return. I had my purchase in hand and the cashier was reluctant to refund my money.

Parking is always easy at this store. I usually find the products I need to buy. The personnel is friendly, though not always knowledgable.

I purchased toilet & requested installation referral. Receipt states contact by vendor in 48 hours. On 3rd day, I called # of plumber I was referred to, who had no record of my work order. Called Home Depot back for a new referral. (1) I asked for same vendor, was told no problem. (2) I not only received call from different vendor, but one who doesn't install toilets. (3) I've lost 3 days, no return phone call (as promised) & still no referral.

The store I go to #6611 Marina Del Rey, CA. is always clean, and everyone in the store is always so helpful in answering all my questions, and directing me which aisle I need to go to to find the items I want. Checkout is always fast, and am on my way back home quickly. Your associates are always greeting me in a quick and courteous manner.

It’s my favorite Home Depot. I’ve been to a few. The staff here carry a sense of responsibility and show their willingness to helps. Checkout staff are always helpful and very friendly. A great vibe and a happy place. I get my stuff there all the time. Return is easy too.

Lots of people working to ask directions to find products. Friendly, but not always sure where to find items. You were out of one product I needed and the employees said stock is not arriving since the covid-19

The store is always well stocked and generally speaking the staff is very well versed in the area they work in I have learned a lot on certain things to use for my projects.

As I mentioned earlier , Deejai was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her customer service was outstanding and not only should she be acknowledged but rewarded. Unfortunately not all Home Depot employees are like her. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure everything was done correct. She immediately called me back and made our order and very quickly and very efficiently. Thank you for hiring her and u definitely need more people like her!

Store was busy . That the check out lines were long but Cashier Maria Hernandez made my day . She made a funny comment that made me laugh. She is a very polite and her customer service is fantastic.

Had a great time talking to the cashier Alexy. Super sweet and made sure to grab my attention to check out faster.
