If you know exactly what you needs and where it is located in the store, then you'll be fine. If you need help with anything, this isn't the store for you

This is a really great store for so many reasons. They have a terrific nursery with everything you will ever need and the hardware section is the same. I've purchased many of my tools, paint and rugs from here as well as timber for several projects. Let's just say the stock selection here is impressive and the prices are right. The employees are super helpful and friendly. This is a big plus in my opinion during these times when good customer service seems to be a thing of the past. The cherry on top, is the fact that the parking is SO EASY. Big lot. Easy in and easy out. Okay, so I've gone on and on here, but really, it's important to sing the praises of our favorite brick and mortar stores. Shopping experiences like this are a joy.

Always a good experience at this store. Josh from AP is very helpful and awesome and good vibes. Also Vashanae is very lovely and helpful as well. Good vibes in this store and I always leave with something better than I expected! Store was as clean as a home improvement store can be and I had a good time.

Needed to trap or poison what we think is a mouse. Had no idea there were so many options. Sales person had all the answers and set me up with a solution that appears to be working in less than one day.

If you need appliances, go see James Curtis. He was fantastic at explaining everything, keeping me from making some big mistakes and buying things that ultimately wouldn't work or wouldn't match. I bought all my kitchen appliances, washer and dryer from him. He is very nice, extremely helpful and has a lot of experience in the department. I probably spent 8 hours with him over 2 days and he was very patient. He is also not pushy and doesn't try to get you to buy things you don't need.

This is a busy store. Enormous product selection under one roof. This could be your one stop shop for almost any home project. Keep up the good work.

I am speaking for pro desk section only, but Lisa was great and very helpful. She had great patience with my situation. She even walked me through how to activate my online account and print missed receipts. Would definitely recommend pro desk.

Home Depot is my "go to" store for home improvement and gardening supplies. I also go there for advice on projects, as their employees are helpful and knowledgeable!

I pass numerous Home Depot stores to get to store #6611 because invariably each time I visit, I receive great customer service. If something is not to your liking, they are always willing to give you a discount on your merchandise and apologize profusely. They thrive on making a customer happy and will do everything they can to make your visit a great one. I highly recommend this Home Depot store, you won't be disappointed!

Except for the nursery/garden employees, the other employees are pretty much useless and difficult to get help from. For example, I was looking to by flooring for a remodel of my current home, I asked an employee for assistance. He said he'd return shortly. After waiting and browsing for other related product in the same area for 10 mins, he never returned. I left the store not buying product. On my way out, I saw the same employee socializing with other employees. This is not the first time I've encounter this type of employee. With the exception of the garden/nursery department, it is consistently difficult to find a Home Depot employee for assistance. On occasion I go to the the store on Van Nuys Blvd on Arminita. Those store employees are helpful and eager.
