I am in the process of "purging" years of memories from the garage and needed a few storage containers to preserve the "keepsakes." HD had a large selection and I found the perfect size for my needs.

I shop at this Home Depot regularly. In spite of worldwide shipping shortfalls and headlines screaming about shopping shortages, the Marina del Rey Home Depot seems always to have all items I need in stock, and at fair prices. Beautiful nursery, hardware, paint etc all in stock and available. Employees are unfailingly welcoming, professional, and helpful.

Employees Are helpful and it seems like there’s one every time I turn around. I believe that Home Depot trained their employees well.

All employees are professional and a great help

Every time I go in to the HD, I almost always have to ask an employee where to find something and advice on products. They always know where everything is which is quite impressive. This particular trip Jennifer who was working on the floor not only told me where to find something but gave me advice on what product is best. She also saw that I had bug killer for plants and asked why I was buying it and continued to give me advice on the bugs and what products she loves best. She's awesome! And Reyna at check out is fantastic too!

Great store but if you have to take a few things back, and can't find your receipt you could have big problems, even if the products you bought are new and have sku's on them. We were denied and told to write a letter to another company working for Home Depot. We took the time to write a 2 page letter and send it by mail and never heard anything back. Very poor returns customer service!

i try to frequent only this home depot because they have it all and the customer service is great.

Very annoying background music is always on at this store. Hard to stay more than 5 minutes.

Had an awesome experience at this store . From the point I stepped in the staff where knowledgeable about the products and location for it. Also they didn’t give me a headache about the price in the store compared to the price on their scanner. They just gave me the price form their scanner. Also the store was very clean and stocked with plenty of supplies . The cashiers were very efficient in getting people through the lines ..everything about this store was perfect .

This store has a variety of products, and person feels at home, since employees are friendly and helpful.

Steve in the garden department went the extra mile to make sure I got my milkweed plants (they run out a lot) for my butterflies that I raise. The cashier Patrice was extremely friendly and lovely. There was another cashier who was very pleasant at the last check out lane but I didn't catch her name.

This store is awesome!

This is the BEST Home Depot in Southern California.

If you know what you want this is a big, convenient place to run up and down the aisles. If you need any help you will be frustrated. Especially if you are trying to buy appliances.

Horrible. Horrendous. Atrocious customer service, if you can call it that.

Maybe because it was busy, help was scarce. I used my phone to locate items needed, no one was around/available for the item I needed. I located Kevin (because he just finished helping another customer) He gave excellent customer service to the best of his ability. When he needed assistance, he had to chase down another associate who was not as friendly/well mannered. The guy really did not engage or acknowledge and was really dry. If it wasn't for Kevin, I would've walked out without a purchase. You need more employees like Kevin.

You find more friendly and helpful employees at this home depot. You can almost find all the things you need at all time. Several like to help you, but a few really try to do their best.

Upon entering, a young man who came in the front door with me, who was just going on his shift, took the time to greet me and ask if he could help. Then Dave in Hardware spent so much care and time to help me get everything on my list, saving me lots of time wandering through the vast store.

I purchased an item online that had to be returned (tankless water heater). Upon arrival to the Returns / Customer Service Desk, I was immediately welcomed by Tanya who took the lead to be super helpful and very polite. As what appeared to be a Team Leader, Tanya was quickly joined by Yanni to process return and by Chainice to help carry the heavy unit. Their efficiency, attention to detail and willingness to work is impressive. It is my hope they will see this note.

Great place never thought in a million years I feel more comfortable in the Southern California location of Home Depot versus in say Northern California awesome

Wanted to create some extra long shelving in my apartment. I had Ken help me out, who made the entire project come together with perfection. He selected all the materials I would need and brought me in on budget. Shelves were up in an hour. No return trips to the store needed, super efficient. All thanks to Ken.
