I am so impressed by the services I received from this store. From the lawn and garden, hardware/power tool section to lumber staff all assisted me. An Elderly staff in the garden section even offered to help load the bags of stone to the rented truck. Another staff from lumber assisted to load every stuff I bought from the store. I'm grateful for all you do. I will continue to visit the store for my home improvement needs. Thank you very much.

I needed assistance prior to being able to complete my purchase due to not having my Home Depot credit card with me. The young man in the customer service area assisted me and proceeded to make my purchase possible, displaying his competence and excellent customer service skills.

Shop here regularly. Always a pleasure. I get in, get what i need with no problems and i get out. Very rarely are they out of stock on whatever i need.

I am so glad I bought my smoke alarms at Home Depot #4631. The Customer Service representative was so helpful when I returned/exchanged smoke alarms at the request of my electrician. My Customer Service representative was very friendly to me and to colleagues! Highly recommend this store! And my new smoke alarms work great!

The Gentlemen in Appliances are very nice.

My wife recently received radiation treatments and aloe vera seems to be the best balm for the discomfort. You have it in stock. I needed help and an employee by the name Auntay was great. I thought she had studied horticulture at college with her knowledge. She explained everything I needed to know. I may not have spelled her name correctly, but she works with the plants in your store. I have received good service and knowledgeable people in your store other times, too. Thank you.

Had a great experience and the electrical department was the best.

I bought a leaf blower/mulcher but was unable to get it started. Thanks to Tim's patience and Hannah's convincing me to get help, we were able to get it started.

My husband and I came looking for a zero turn mower for our yard. Mr Jack was extremely helpful and gave us honest explanations to all available mowers. We ended up choosing the Club Cadet and had it delivered the next day. It runs great and cut our cutting time in half! Bonus: it turns all our leaves into quick mulch and weaves in and out of our trees like a breeze!

Rented a bush cutter (weed whacker with a blade) for the day. Easy online reservation process. They provided a gas can with gas in it, and a strap. Excellent customer service when I dropped it off. Highly recommend if you just need a tool for the day.

The associate that helped me was great and took the time to explain some of the items I was interested in. He was never in a rush to get away.

I've shopped her for 20 years. Nice people. I've made friends with several. But I'm always amazed by how dirty the green spaces along the building are. Built up road trash along the road and turn in. Looks terrible usually. Other than that, hard to complain about anything. Should out to Gus in flooring, Ruth in windows and Daniel in hardware. Also,.there is a young woman in returns that is phenomenal. P.S. I do have one complaint: they took down pictures of.customer"s dogs on the wall near checkout. My dog was on the top row. I used to shop there with him. He's dead now and I used to enjoy seeing his picture. Whoever took those down is real.dumb

I bought a Weedwhacker from Home Depot and the young gentleman that helped me was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful and picking up the product I needed. His name is Alec and he is a great asset to Home Depot.

On Memorial Day, I experienced technical difficulties with an online purchase of a lawn tractor. I am a Veteran and I went to the store for assistance. Hannah assisted me with the purchase. She is the best customer service representative that I have ever met.

We stopped into Home Depot for a few items (weed killer, bug spray). The employees were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming!

Came in for several items in the Garden Dept and got in and out fast with the help of Timothy who worked circles around any employee I've ever had. He stayed close by and helped with everything I needed.
