The store is very clean, employees are very helpful, the store always stocks what I need.

I run a small handyman business called the RVA Handymen which requires me to frequent the local Midlothian Home Depot quite often. Every experience I have had has been amazing. Yes I go through the same problem that everybody else does and sometimes I can’t find what I’m looking for however, there’s always a staff member who is willing to help and knowledgeable in their area. From the people that walk the floors and work in specific areas to the cashiers, this place has been amazing and offering information as well as a polite smile and “have a good day”! If I lived closer to here, this would be my go to place for hardware. When I am Working in this area you best believe that it’s here I go! Also, shout out to Sandra the cashier! Extremely kind and a genuine smile!

Best customer service ever!

I love our Home Depot. I can always find helpful associates who are friendly. Today two young associates, CJ and Connor went above and beyond to help me load heavy bags of gravel.

Tiana A. worked the self checkout the night we went in. She saw what we were buying and came right over to us to explain that we’d missed a promotion of BUY 2, GET 2 on our items. (We had two, but not the two that would be free.) She explained the promotion, and saved us more than $200. She was professional, knowledgeable, and HAPPY! Happy customer service representatives make such a difference in a shopping experience! We left the store happy - because of our savings, yes, but also because Tiana’s positive attitude was catching! We lucked out in meeting Tiana A. during our shopping trip. Home Depot is lucky to have people like her as the face of their business!

I went to 5 other stores in our area before finding someone to rekey a lock I just purchased. Timothy in the hardware dept of store #4631 was excellent! Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly - he took care of the lock and I was quickly on my way.

Stopped going to the other guys' store a stone's throw away because my Home Depot operates as if owned by hometown folks. Staff is always helpful, store is kept clean and inventories are kept up with. Solid place in my book!

I went into Home Depot to look at a new refrigerator and came out with one, plus a new stove and microwave....The young man that waited on me was extremely helpful and courteous. Made my visit great!

In trying to return a window blind that was missing the mounting hardware, I was told that I did not purchase it at home depot. I had the blind, receipt and store card with me. They said it was not on the receipt nor listed on my card. I asked for the receipt back and asked after reading itt to them what was the 35x48 2in cordless fw blind white that was listed on it? I did receive the refund after some scrambling on their part.

Sandra the cashier personally took me to find the size plastic buckets I was looking for.

I was in the store looking at Halloween items and the selection was great. I encountered an issue at self checkout and the associate was there to help right away.

I did an online order and went to pick it up after getting an email that it was ready. When I got there I was told it was cancelled despite me having the email that it was there. Diana in customer service did not even bother to look for the order or offer to have someone help find the order. There was no apology and she insinuated it was my fault in some way. They obviously do not care about customer service.

Our customer service rep.was very blah.No customer service skills at all.Acted as if we were bothering him.Got smart when asked questions as if I shouldnt have asked.Wish we just left but location as good for us

Every time I go to this location, I never have to hunt for someone to help me. They are on the floor ready to assist you. They know where the products are and can tell you precisely where to go to find your item.

They had what I needed in stock and everybody in the store was friendly.

Come to this Home Depot if you want to wait 30 minutes to get your wood cut to the wrong dimensions and have customer service not make it right. Everyone makes mistakes, but go somewhere else if you want them to own up to it when it happens

I live near this store on Carmia Way. They are always well stocked and the Team Members are aways very nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Very good store. Thank you.

We were shopping for a new grill on Memorial Day and our salesperson, Beth, was fantastic!

We all do our daily shopping - errands etc... and one typically gets ignored. This store goes above and beyond to greet and help customers. GREAT job .. i am not one who EVER makes comments .. i am not only making comments .. i will shop here more.. Thanks

Biggest asset is the Home Depot staff. Every HD employee I encountered offered assistance. BETH, the customer service rep went above and beyond to assist us. She asked all the right questions of us, and had all the right answers when we had questions of her. She submitted our difficult order, and processed our in-store purchase with ease, efficiency, accuracy and excellence. BETH undoubtedly deserves a BIG PAY RAISE.

This place is like a maze - especially to a first time home owner. With two specific things in mind, my spouse and I wandered the store thinking we already knew where to look. Well we didn’t - but we did encounter a depot angel who was in the right place both times and in just our small conversations, she made getting lost fun lol. Thank you Renee for the batteries and wood glue :)

30% off gardening items got me into the store and friendly knowledge staff filled my list!

Its amazing how many home improvement products are now available and the ever increasing number of items added almost daily! Home Depot seems to take pride in cleanliness and organization.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kelly during a difficult situation at the store. Despite the challenges she faced, she consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I, as a customer, was satisfied. From the moment I walked into the store, Kelly greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine desire to help me. She took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, and then quickly got to work finding solutions for me. Throughout my time in the store, Kelly demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. She was patient, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was taken care of. She offered me helpful advice and made sure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Even when faced with unexpected challenges, Kelly remained calm and collected. She was able to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues that arose, all while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor. Overall, I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Manager Kelly at Home Depot. She is a true asset to the store and an outstanding example of what great customer service should look like. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance at Home Depot, and I look forward to working with her again.

I'm newly learning renovation skills and having to learn all the products can sometime be overwhelming. I appreciate expertise from associates like Dan at flooring to give specific suggestions to improve my project, and doing so in such a friendly, personalized, caring way.
