the store was not very clean, and no associates to be found when I need them, not very organized

Sore is always clean and well organized. Associates are always friendly and helpful. I can usually get in and out very quickly!

Although the area is not known for being completely friendly, and its not my regular Home Depot. I had a extra part that I had been forgetting to return for 2 weeks in my car. So, I stopped to get it done. I was in and out, no problem, everything went smooth, there were no issues at all. Less than 10 minutes from parking to back in drive to my next stop. Employees were helpful, fast, and made the process easy. No issues stopping by again.

While my experience with the store associates was not the best (I wasn't asked if I needed help, which I clearly did) when I got to the parking lot Logan, the Lot man, was helpful, kind, informative, humorous and exactly what I needed at the time. He is a wonderful asset to the Midtown store!

I loved visiting this store. Everything from the website telling me exactly where to find the product I was looking for to the store associates was awesome! In addition, Conrad was super helpful with my project. Thank you again! I will be back!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Available and enthusiastic. All my shopping that required associate help have been very pleasant, easy and I feel as though they helped me get the best deal offered.

I was pleased with the service I got from this store. In the past at past locations, it was hard to get anyone to assist me. Such was not the case here at this location. Also, I found that the store was well organized and everything was easy to find. I didn't really need the help of a store associate, but they made themselves available--willing and ready to help. One more thing -- I would like to mention my cashier, Lashonda! Lashonda was warm, pleasant and professional. She asked me if I found everything I needed; and I was in and out of the check-out line in no time. She is to be commended for her excellent customer service. All in all, my visit to Home Depot #3021 was a great experience. Even the parking was easy and convenient! I will be back next time I need to shop at a home improvement store. I recommend others do the same.

STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, FREINDLY AND HELPFULL.

Every time I come into this store I am greeting with a friendly smile. Other stores I've gone to I have to hunt someone down to help me. At this location, I always have people asking me if I need help.

The thing I like most about THD is that they Always have an employee around every corner. That's impressive for how huge these stores are! The selection is obviously unbeatable and the technology these employees have in the palm of their hands is well worth the investment. I'll never stop shopping here.
