I'm so happy every time Tom Teeple is working. He makes some of the confusing sections of the store easy with his knowledge of ALL sections. I tend to spend more money on quality items with 100% satisfaction after consulting with Tom.

I visited the store yesterday I hadn't been there in a while every employee I encountered with pleasant and knowledgeable at the department they were in employee meetings must be working

I bought a huge toolbox for my son's highschool graduation since he got a job at a VW dealership and is working on his mechanic certification. It took three guys, Mitch, Denzel, and Julian to get it into my vehicle. They were so kind, professional and hard working. They definately went above and beyond what they were required to do in order to help me. As far as the toolbox is concerned, I have no idea if it's a good toolbox or not. I know nothing about tool boxes. All I know is that it's huge and I have no idea why anyone would need a toolbox this gigantic.

I had a very helpful and friendly employee (Audrey) who helped me.

Rita was above and beyond helpful with departments outside her own in appliances. She helped me with questions about a kitchen faucet and lighting escorting me to both areas of the store. She is a true asset to the team at the mid-town store in KC.

I visit this store frequently for work purposes and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Great store. I have shopped there as far back as when the store first opened. I enjoy it very much having a Neighborhood Home Depot.

Where else can you actually be heard and addressed about a concern when purchasing a tool??

Rebecca in painting is amazing!!! There was a horrible snowstorm and the people in Tommy didn’t show up but she came from painting and helped us to find what we needed there. We had no water in the building and the tenants would have been without water if we did not find the right part. Rebecca doesn’t even work in plumbing but she helped us find the right part and completely saved the day!!!

After paying for drink and candy and getting cash back I am walking out with receipt in hand when some lady with glasses yells i need my merchandise back which makes me want to yell back and say i have paid for the drink and candy

generally the products are available. i can always find someone who does not mind being helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about the employees at this store, simply exempliary.

I had to brave the dreaded returns line. It went quicker than usual and Nyasha was a rockstart! She was very Poite, friendly, we joked and laughed.. She made the shopping experience manageable.

This store has consistenly been problematic and flat out refuses to assist customers. I was expected to get my own cart from the parking lot, get products off high shelves, and check myself out. If you want to be treated like you're an inconvenience to the employees - this is your place. They make you feel like you're bothering them and interrupting their conversations with each other.

Couldn't be more pleased with the help I received from Christina, and Alexa from the Garden/Christmas Lighting Dept. along with an anonymous employee from another dept.! It was a busy day and they took time to help me with my need!

Best experience I’ve had anywhere. Home Depot has hired some amazing people. Keep up the good work.

The Midtown Home Depot has friendly staff in the lumber department. If you stop by needing lumber or any other item related, go see Kim Long. He is friendly and knowledgeable and will help you even if you are not sure exactly what it is you need, he will help you figure it out! Way to go, Kim!
