Working on a kitchen remodel. This is the 3rd trip to the paint department to pick our "paint colors" and pick up supplies. The gentleman behind the counter was quick and efficient, and I must add friendly. Our paint of choice was a wonderful cabinet paint. Mixed to perfection with all the additional materials needed for a quality job provided. He has great experience and even better customer service. A real professional in my opinion.

Will not order again

Unfortunately the team at this store couldn't deliver on their customer service. Twice I ordered a new door from this location and twice I received damaged doors. The second attempt I ordered the door from inside the store. April and Tara were very helpful in correcting the issue but it was to no avail. On the third attempt I was just notified that they couldn't help any further and to reach out to one of the other locations. Guess I'll just go eat some worms...

At the store reading the products labels. This item was more expensive than a wax seal, but it proclaimed wonders! Using the above floor seal, there was no way I could align the toilet and have it set down correctly! It just floated above the flange. I tried to use shims but it looked awful. Fortunately, I had a leftover wax seal that I used after taking off this piece of junk, and it worked great.

I recently did a few appliance upgrades and every associate I dealt with was professional and extremely knowledgeable as to where everything in the store is located whether it be large or small. I frequent this store often and never have any problem finding or getting help finding what ever it takes to get the job done ✅.

Your workers did above and beyond to fulfill my order and should get an reward for their getting my project deck paint dealt with and out the store again thank you Liz and the man she was helping

Things are never where they're supposed to be. It seems as though management doesn't really communicate with their employees as I'm always getting told different things. Every shopping trip I go. I get treated pretty rudely when I'm making big expensive purchases. Not sure if they're looking down on me because of my age or profiling me or what their deal is but it's pretty upsetting at times. The only people I've never had problems with are the help desk and the paint desk. I've been cussed out by people in their floral / landscaping department. I've waited numerous hours for people on the showroom floor to figure out where things are and actually have an understanding of the store they work in, which is nerve-wracking. You should probably be shadowing somebody if you don't understand your story yet. I don't know. I can go on and on. I would just like to be treated with respect considering I walk in there very frequently and spend what these people make in a paycheck in one purchase. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? And the want and drive to help a customer. So that way there are return customer and their family and friends etc. Etc. Are return customers. That's business. 101 treat your customers correct? So that way you get good word of mouth. Because it just takes one bad word of mouth to ruin it for a lot of people. And it takes 10 good word of mouths to equal the same in a positive direction. The only reason I actually go to home Depot is it's within 3 mi of my house and it's the closest store of its kind within a 20 mile radius of where I live.

I have never been treated as badly as I was when I went to this store last Sunday. I went to buy a weedeating lawn mower. Website said they had 3 in stock. Shelf empty. Started looking for assistance. You know how that goes at Home Depot. Found a gentleman on aisle one facing out the mouse traps. I smiled and walked up to him telling him that I was looking for him. As in helping a customer. He immediately copped an attitude that what I said was not the thing to say. I apologized. He couldn't let it go. I asked about the mower so he walks me to an empty shelf. He says they're out. I said the website for this store said they had 3 in stock. He started questioning me. Correct store? Correct item. I showed him on my phone. I don't appreciate being treated like I'm an imbecile. Said again, don't have any and pointed to the empty shelf again. Then he looked up and saw the three mowers on a top shelf. I told him that was it. I then waited a few minutes for someone to get the mower down from the shelf. I asked the rude employee if I could get one as I didn't see him make any effort to assist. He rudely told me that that's what he was doing. At this point I just wanted the mower and to get the hell away from the unhappy employee. 5 minutes later Mike shows up to get the mower down, put it on my flatbed and I immediately wanted to check out and leave. As I'm ringing up the mower in self-checkout, I notice the box is damaged. I didn't care at that point. I just wanted out. After my wife saw how upset I was she told me to speak to the store manager. I said I just wanted to leave that store. Well today, I received a review questionnaire. Home Depot: You wanted to know about my experience. We'll, YOU GOT IT. The employee was a black gentleman working on aisle one around 2 PM last Sunday May 4th. He is the reason I will NEVER RETURN TO YOUR STORE!!

I was trying to purchase a mini fridge and it had been on sale. The sale actually ended the next day, but on the website it was already reflecting the original price. So I called to see if someone could help. Kyle and Angel were very helpful and super sweet! Unfortunately I did speak to a dumb young woman who I didn't get her name, but she was horrible! Angel honored the sale price and was very nice and understanding! He and Kyle are great at their job! They need raises!

The blonde lady working the Customer Service Desk this past Sunday April 7, 25 went beyond the call of duty to help me with an online order. I'm so grateful for her professionalism, kindness and time. I encourage everyone to shop at Home depo for all your customer needs.

I was a bit unhappy when I was told that it would cost me $79.00 to have my $600.00 order delivered to my house which was less than 5 miles away. I have been a customer with Home Depot since 2014. Oh well.

I like shopping at this store. There inventory is usually sufficient for my needs. But there needs to be less self check out and at least 1 check stands open at all times.

I have been shopping at the Reno North location for 15+ years when I travel to Reno. I’m a DYI person and usually don’t need much service. When I do, employees are easy to find, friendly, respectful and helpful. This store has even taken it up a notch in the last 1-1/2 yrs. Keep it up!

I’m very happy with my delivery of my refrigerator. Miguel was such a nice delivery man. I didn’t catch the name of his partner but, they were great. They got the huge box out of the truck and up the stairs so swiftly. It took maybe 10 minutes at the most. I’m happy with my new refrigerator! Great service. Thank you!!

This location is out of stock on items. No one is willing to assist the employees seen to go out of their way to not make eye contact with you in fear they might have to help you out.

Maybe you should have customers review your delivery services. Not professional at all. Subcontractors. Last impressions for Homedepot. Not good.

I had some help in the garden center by a lovely gentleman. He was very nice and informative. On a prior visit a nice lady brought out my car side order. I wish the younger people were half as friendly.

Had to buy a new handle for the toilet. The first employee greeted me pointed me in the right direction. Though I do like to make a direct path to my purchases, I sometimes like to wander and browse, otherwise I think they would have taken me to the exact location! Several other employees saw me walking around and asked if I needed help, and just made it a great experience. Thanks everyone! You're all awesome! Especially you, guy on ladder putting the PVC away, and still asking if I needed help!

I bought three trees at 50% off, they were in excellent condition and exactly what I wanted for my landscape. Tara at customer service was awesome, as always, and Bob helped me load the trees into my vehicle. He was super nice and so strong.

This is my go-to store. I have always been very happy every time I shop here. The staff is always very helpful, courteous, and professional. This store usually has what I'm looking for.

The staffs were great in helping us to search for the product we were looking for.

Shopping before closing isn't alway am ideal choice, but my husband and I along with our dog did yesterday (during memorial weekend). We were able to find all we needed , employees were busy cleaning and stocking, but still helped out with guiding us to right areas to find what we needed. Thanks you and the cashier lady we had was super nice.

Been shopping at this store for 14 years. Always friendly, always helpful, usually get what I need, and returns if necessary are easy and hassle free.
