Good location near the freeway and off McCarran Blvd and usually has what you want

If you enjoy waiting for a non existent cashier because they only have SELF CHECK And the lumber line is 4 people deep feel free to enjoy your wait time. So big they dont care anymore!!

I frequently stop at this Home Depot - like daily. I am a single Mom who is handy around the house and have done several large home improvement projects with the experienced staff of Home Depot. I built a deck using Trex, laid down brick pavers, stained concrete, epoxied garage floors, sheet rocked and textured walls. I am proud of what I accomplished through the Home Depot. The staff - store managers: Joe, Kyle in gardening, Bob in plumbing, Jeanne in kitchen remodeling, Hans in Pro shop, the customer service gals and the check out lady with the fedora are fabulous folks who I enjoy seeing almost EVERY day at the Northtowne Home Depot. Keep smiling and I appreciate you all.

There were not many employees working the floor. I had to go ask a casher to summon help in the paint section,

Came to an agreement on a damaged item, then backed out on promise.

This store is amazing also the to funny car carts for kids are so much better structured than other stores and they had accessible electric carts that weren't broken and uncharged it was awesome

The store really looked clean i like the space you guys have up front not too crowded like your other stores. Good Job keeping it spacious and neat with not to many product tup front were you can’t pass with one cart at a time

I think recent changes in employee training and customer service have really improved this location. (Feb 2021) Employees were super helpful and everything we needed was in stock.

The cashier Christine was very friendly. It was very busy at the time and it seems like you could use more cashiers. Christine stayed focused on ringing up my items and asked me if I had found everything I needed. She also asked me if I wanted open a credit account. I thanked her and said I didn't have the time right now. Even with all the customers in line, Christine was polite and very professional in getting me on my way. Thanks Christine!

Quick tip, I always check if items are in stock from the home depot web site. And they always have what I need in stock.

Everyone that works at this store from the person at the door to the employees on the floor thru checkout are so friendly and helpful it makes shopping an actual pleasure. And I didn't mention returns desk and the Pro desk but everyone is the BEST.... Thanks Everyone at #3304

The people at the North Reno Store are more helpful and knowledgable than we have experienced elsewhere. We designed and purchased a kitchen here, and were very happy with the whole experience, even to the back end with the manufacturer's rep showing up to inspect the cabinets at delivery. We also enjoyed the help we got from Collin Black in the flooring department, with knowledgable answers, and quick fingers at the keyboard to find details for us.
